Elm View Care Home

Elm View creates a peaceful, warm and inviting atmosphere. All staff are friendly and approachable. It's always clean and the foyer gives an excellent impression of what is to come. I have been visiting my mum for over 3 years now and she is always happy and well-cared for. When she was 100 the staff created a very happy day for her and I would not hesitate to recommend Elm View. It's well respected in the town.

My father was well looked after and very happy during his stay at Elm View. All the staff were so lovely, always cheerful and very caring. Pleasant surroundings. The home was always clean with a lovely garden. Lots of activities to keep everyone engaged. I would have no hesitation in recommending Elm View.

This is a first class care home and is the best I have seen. The staff have been most helpful at all stages of our contact and my father's residence at the home. We are very fortunate that they have been able to accommodate my father on his discharge from hospital.

This was my husbands second stay for respite care. On arrival he was welcomed back and very soon settled in. It was clear that staff had noted any issues from his previous stay and had tried to make life easier for him (e.g. he had problems with the lift, so this time was able to have a room on the ground floor, easily accessible to lounge and dining room.) I left for my holiday secure in the knowledge he was being well cared for by excellent staff in a very pleasant environment.
