I can't praise this care home or the staff enough. They have been genuinely caring and compassionate and always treated my mother with dignity and as an individual.
They are 100% professional in what they do across all areas: management, carers and even cleaning and security staff.

Both our mother and grandmother spent their final days in both the old and new Ilford Park Polish Home. Our family were always so delighted with the wonderful caring and professional attention given when we ourselves lived quite far away. We especially think of all staff in 2020 after such a difficult
year, who will still be offering services inclusive of respect to residents passed, for which we are so grateful.

We had to move mum from another nursing home to Ilford Park, what a refreshing experience that was. From the time when we knew we had to move her to the time she passed away, the home was excellent in their dealings with everything. The care she received was priceless. Up until the time mum arrived
there, I was always worried when I left mum after visiting, here each time I left I knew I was leaving her in very good hands. The communication was great, always updated, involved in decision making about her care. The staff are truly wonderful, very caring and treat the residents with great dignity. The place is made to feel very homely, good atmosphere, lots of activities going on around the home. This is how nursing homes should be run, a great testament to the management and their staff. Thank goodness mum was there.

I can not praise the staff enough from management, carers, and everyone involved in the smooth running of Ilford Park. The care and friendliness is exceptional, I can walk away and know all mum's needs are being met. Everywhere is clean within the home and the outside is kept to a high standard too,
a walk around the gardens is so relaxing. The care they show to those they look after is shown to you too, as you walk through the door starting with a hello, and a smile as soon as you walk into reception.

I'm extremely impressed by the genuine care shown by the staff here. It's a real family atmosphere and the nursing team go the extra mile to ensure my father is comfortable. It is homely and always very clean. My father has been in the nursing unit there for over two months having moved from another
care home. I am so pleased he is there.
