Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We are sorry to read that your mother wasn’t happy in our Tyspane Care Home and sadly left two days after admission. We understand how unsettling the transition can be when staying in a care home as the new surroundings will be unfamiliar. We welcome anyone with concerns to bring them to our attention straight away. Unfortunately, it appears that there was an issue with the community-boxed medication, which our staff are unable to administer. I understand that the team in the home rectified this issue the following day by obtaining a supply of medication they could administer. We are truly sorry that your mother’s short stay in the home did not meet your expectations and wish you both well.
