Overall Experience

The care and support provided at the manor is excellent both to the residents and the relatives with welcoming and helpful service support. The Manor not only provides excellent personal and nursing care, it also provides the opportunities for social interaction via different organised activities for the residents. Very hard working and conscientious staff. Thank you.

After being given the news that my sister (who has learing differculties) needs end of life care,i feel very lucky that my sister was given the chance to come here at the manor for her end of life care. The staff are very caring, supportive not just to my sister but us as a family. i can't fault anything the food is great, she is always well dressed and was made to feel part of the family by the other residents as well as all the staff. We have no concerns she is treated with respect as are we and we can come and go anytime we wish no restrictions.

Overall Experience
My mother has been living at The Manor since April 2023. While she has mobility challenges, she's fully able to share her thoughts and feelings. The care and warmth she's received from the staff have far exceeded our expectations. Their daily kindness and attention reassure me that she's happy and engaged, even when I'm not there.
Her personal needs are met with dignity, and all her services like hairdressing, chiropody, and eye tests are provided regularly. The meals are excellent, and residents are always encouraged to request their personal preferences.
Whenever I make any sort of request, the care team and management respond quickly, nothing is ever too much trouble.

Overall this makes my twice weekly visits a pleasure, and very much enjoy my interaction with all of the staff.
