Martin leads the team and is ultimately responsible for every aspect of life in the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service are delivered. His door is always open if you have questions or queries.
Victoria is responsible for leading the team of registered nurses and carers to meet the individual needs of the resident, through the delivery of consistently high levels of clinical care.
My role is to support the Home Manager and Clinical Lead in the day-to-day running of the home. The main focus of my role is high-quality care delivery. I work closely with the care team to ensure that all care staff are equipped with the knowledge, training and understanding to provide consistently high levels of care for each resident.
