Overall Experience
I cannot say how much the staff are loving and caring towards their residents. My mom came to Belvidere straight from hospital, when the original care home refused to accept her back saying she needed a nursing home. From day one the staff helped me and Mom to settle in.
Towards the end of Mom's life, she was diagnosed with bowel cancer. The staff cared for Mom with love and dignity.
I cannot fault them. Mom loved to be there and I'm so glad she had her last weeks with loving, caring people.

Thank you.

Many thanks for taking the time to submit this review. She was very loved here and it was such a shock when she came home with the diagnosis. She was a part of the Belvidere family and she will be remembered and is sorely missed by the care team.

My mother has vascular dementia. After searching numerous nursing homes with poor care and poor hygiene, I found Bellevue Court to be of a very high standard. Management and staff were very friendly, helpful. I feel very relieved that my mum is being well looked after and if I have any problems, the staff are willing to listen and resolve any issues.

I am completely satisfied and have peace of mind knowing my mother is cared for in a home where the staff are excellent. They are very respectful to my mother and treat her with dignity. She is always very clean and tidy (hair, nails etc) The food is very good quality and menu's varied. Any problem that arises I am contacted straight away nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend this home to anyone wishing to find a home for their loved one.
