I have found Hampton Court to be a fantastic friendly home, the staff are on a personal level with the residents and really do take the time to interact, in fact all the workers from the bottom to tip are wlays friendly, polite, nothing is too much trouble, even when they are rushed of their feet they still have the residents & families interest at heart. My father moved here from another care home as he needed complex dementia care. He would refuse food and personal care and had challenging behaviour. But, four weeks of being at Hampton Court, I have seen a massive improvement. He is always clean, eating better, and the rooms are spotless. This is owing to the experienced and professional staff who are welcoming and make you feel at ease. I can't rate it enough. My mind is now at rest as I know he is getting the proper care he needs and is safe.

Home is spotless clean everywhere. Staff are caring and look after residents really well. My sister has lived here for the last 7 months. She is loved by all the staff. The nurses cares cleaners mangers reception staff are all amazing what they do for residents. If you have any concerns they will sort it out right away. The staff at this care home are very caring and nothing is too much trouble for them. The care my husband receives is fantastic and staff members are so patient and understanding. My dad was in Hampton Court Care Home from March 29th up to his passing 24th December. I can't thank the staff enough, too many to mention for all the care my dad received. Since my mother has become a resident at Hampton Court, she has shown great improvement in her condition. Meet the Team (2)

Kelly qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 2012 and began her career at Lakeview Care Home the same year. Over the course of seven years, she developed her skills as a nurse before progressing to Unit Lead on the Complex Dementia Unit.
After returning to the group in December 2023 as an RGN, Kelly is now Care Home Manager at Hampton Court Care Home.
With extensive experience in dementia nursing, complex dementia, and end-of-life care, Kelly is passionate about supporting residents with complex needs and working closely with mental health professionals to ensure the very best care.

Raj Gill is the Deputy Care Home Manager at Hampton Court Care Home and has built her career within Kinly Care through dedication, compassion and hard work. Raj first joined the group at Lakeview Care Home, where she progressed through a variety of roles including Nursing Assistant and Compliance Manager, gaining valuable experience and knowledge along the way.
With many years of experience supporting residents with complex dementia needs, Raj is known for her patient, understanding and compassionate approach to care. She is passionate about ensuring residents feel safe, respected and supported, while also helping families feel reassured and involved in their loved one’s care journey.
