Hampton Court has been purpose-built to meet a wide range of nursing requirements, with staff particularly experienced in personalised assistance for mental health problems.

Supporting a satisfying daily lifestyle, alongside the skilled care provision, the home offers access to activities, interests and therapies, such as reminiscence, water spa and visual therapy, as well as exercise and music classes.

The Lodge is a specialist unit set within the care home. Set over two floors this dedicated service has been carefully designed and fully refurbished to support the health and care needs of the elderly population within Wolverhampton and the West Midlands, specifically focusing on those with Complex Dementia.

The setting offers a specialist service for people, primarily over the age of 55, who have complex dementia. Individuals with complex dementia often present with multiple and challenging needs that require experienced care in a safe and appropriate environment. All staff are trained to provide the highest quality of therapeutic support and care to people who have varying forms of dementia, progressive neurological illnesses and acquired brain injuries (including strokes).

Operating as a separate care facility within Hampton Court The Lodge supports up to 20 individuals with complex dementia; all bedrooms are single rooms with en suite. The refurbishment and reconfiguration has created bespoke internal and external day spaces designed with personalised care and the challenges of dementia firmly in mind.

The Lodge benefits from it’s own secure enclosed dementia friendly garden and internal spaces which include a 50’s themed Diner, a Cinema room and a lounge/games room on the ground floor. On the first floor there is The Lodge ‘Tea Room’ providing a lounge and dining area for those individuals choosing to spend time on the first floor.

My dad was placed here as he had advanced rapid dementia he settled well and was well looked after by all nursing staff and carers. Sadly my dad passed away in hospital 17/01/19 due to his illness but the home cared for him fantastic I can't fault them one bit in medals, care lovely, and I would home
highly recommend this place xxxxx.

The care home is very good, my father moved here from another care home in Birmingham. He has come on a lot putting, on weight and eating all his meals where he wasn’t before. Staff are great with him and know all his needs.

My husband has been in this care home for 4 years. The past ten months he has been bed bound, doubly incontinent and having to be spoon fed all food and drink. During this time I have had no cause to complain, he is treated well, kindly and with dignity. If I have had need to raise an issue concerning
anything it is always dealt with promptly and satisfactorily.

My dad has been in Newlyn Court nursing home for his continuing care. Newlyn Court has been exceptional with him. Everyone is just so welcoming and that's from the reception to nurses, cleaners and carers. I would recommend Newlyn Court to any family who is going through hard times with a family member.
We just don't know what we would have done without them.

My husband is at Newlyn Court nursing home at Bilston near Wolverhampton. Everyone at the nursing home is so kind and considerate with my husband and they look after him so well.


Everyone involved with the home always says hello when you arrive there, and its just one big family. He's well looked

after and couldn't ask for any more. A big thank you to everyone involved at the home.

My father has been a resident for over 4 years. During that time, his health has deteriorated significantly but throughout his stay, the level of care has consistently been of a very high standard. As he has become more dependant upon nursing care, the home has responded appropriately and promptly,
involving outside agencies whenever necessary.


Most importantly, my father has been treated with respect and with concern. All the nursing staff and carers are well trained and deal with residents with humanity, kindness and humour, even when residents are displaying challenging behaviour. Their response diffuses situations and ensures that residents feel safe, happy and well cared for.

My dad came to Newlyn Court in September 2016 with advanced dementia. The carers and nurses showed such great care and respect for him, for which we were so grateful. The home itself is clean, bright, cheerfully decorated, with regular entertainment and stimulation for those who want it. But the key
aspect for the family was the care and respect with which my dad was treated.

I always dreaded the day my darling mother would require nursing home care, but can now honestly say it was a wonderful experience for us both. Gina has been a valuable member of the Senior Management team at Alpha Health Care Home since November 2019. Gina brings a wealth of experience in Nursing Dementia and Complex Dementia care for the elderly to our role as Care Home Manager at Newlyn Court. Kelly Webb Singh

Job Title: Deputy Care Home Manager Joined: 2012

Kelly qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 2012 and began her career with Alpha Health Care at Lakeview Care Home the same year. Over the course of seven years, she developed her skills as a nurse before progressing to Unit Lead on the Complex Dementia Unit. After returning to the group in December 2023 as an RGN, Kelly was appointed Deputy Care Home Manager at Hampton Court Care Home in July 2024.


With extensive experience in dementia nursing, complex dementia, and end-of-life care, Kelly is passionate about supporting residents with complex needs and working closely with mental health professionals to ensure the very best care.
