Overall Experience
The staff are always cheery and have a lovely rapport with the residents. The choice of activities is very wide and all are encouraged to join, activities are always fun and include members of the community I.e primary school choir. If the residents cannot go into the hairdressing salon in the home...
The staff are always cheery and have a lovely rapport with the residents. The choice of activities is very wide and all are encouraged to join, activities are always fun and include members of the community I.e primary school choir. If the residents cannot go into the hairdressing salon in the home the visiting hairdresser goes into their room. The management are always trying to improve standards. Skype is available, fabulous idea.
