Very welcoming. Mom was very comfortable. Care is second to none. The staff were very kind. Would highly recommend it.

Mum was made very welcome and has been happy and well cared for. Staff have been caring throughout her stay and encouraged Mum to join in activities. We have been grateful for the respite care and are confident that she is safe, well cared for and happy.

This is the most amazing care home and I can recommend it as a great place if you want your loved one to be looked after with the best quality of care and dignity. They go above and beyond to give everyone a fantastic experience - including singing, games and arts and crafts. Food is all homemade. It is a pleasure to visit and see how happy my mum is living here. You are all truly amazing. Thank you.

I can not explain how amazing this care home is, such happiness throughout - from office and nursing staff, cleaners and laundry to the activities lady. One word amazing!

My experience has been good. I took some time to settle in residential care but soon settled fairly happily. The room is warm and comfortable and I have been able to put a number of personal effects to make it homely - encouraged by members of staff. When requested every attempt is made to accommodate personal tasks wherever possible regarding meals etc. Altogether, I am more than satisfied.

The home is caring, attentive and friendly. There is a good feeling here and I believe the food is very good. My sister has been well cared for and the staff are very kind and do their jobs thoroughly and with a smile. The overall accommodation is very good.

A well-organised home where clients are looked after exceptionally well, could not wish for a better place for my sister-in-law to be. She is always happy being there. The staff will go the extra mile to help and support.

There is always a welcome when we arrive at the home, my cousin always seems very content and is well looked after. The staff are like one big happy family and are always attentive to the residents and more than happy to talk to us about our cousin.

Brilliant staff team, in choosing this home for Mum we looked at a number of options, we chose Grosvenor House as the staff team were really friendly. This has been our experience on every visit. In particular, the member of staff who provides an excellent entertainment programme using both internal and external resources, this has included visiting singers, a Pantomime, and making Christmas decorations all with energy, a creative flair and a smile. Another member of staff in particular also has always gone out of his way to help us he always has a smile and a great personality with both Mum and all the other residents. Choosing a care home is never something you want to do, but from our experience, you can choose Grosvenor House with confidence that your relative will get the best possible care from this home and the amazing staff team.

I'm overwhelmed how kind and caring the staff are. The attention to the patients is amazing, caring for all their individual needs. All the staff at Grosvenor House are amazing looking after my mum. they are so attentive and caring. We could not be happier with all the activities they partake in.
