I would highly recommend Grosvenor House, both staff and management were extremely helpful with my mother-in-law and our family. Food is excellent. Cleanliness is up to a very high standard.

From the first day we have all been welcomed and made to feel at home. Our mother is having the best care that she could possibly get from all the staff at Grosvenor House. We are updated daily and have seen a big improvement in mums condition since being admitted. We could not be happier with the care
she is receiving.

My father came to live at Grosvenor House for end of life care, so some aspects of life there were not applicable to him. The staff were very attentive without being intrusive, enabling him to pass the last weeks of his life peacefully and as comfortably as possible. A high level of support was offered
to us, his family, at such a difficult time. My mother has said that she would be very happy to live at Grosvenor House should the need for assisted living arise.
