My mother was a resident for 5 years and sadly passed away on the 8th February 2025. I cant thank the home enough for the care and kindess they showed my mother during her time at the home. They always treated mum with the utmost dignity and it was a constant relief to the family that she was extremely
well cared for. Thank you to all the staff at Grosvenor for looking after mum so well.

I visit my friend weekly, the staff on duty always have a welcoming smile. A hot drink in the cold weather is always welcome. There is always lots of laughter in the lounge the activities manager is amazing and gets all the residents involved with the activities. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Our Mum moved into Grosvenor House after a long hospital stay, having reached the need for end-of-life care. That care has been outstanding in every way. Every member of the team has been kind, welcoming, and professional, the food excellent and the accommodation first class. Above all, the compassion,
care and respect shown to Mum has been amazing, extending to our whole family. Thank you so much for making Mum's twilight days as good as they could ever possibly be.

As a visitor and friend of a resident, I have always felt the staff are wonderful, always cheerful whenever I come. Nothing is too much for the visitor or the client. They always make me a cup of coffee which is very welcome. The care the clients receive goes for and I cannot say anything good enough

Mum was only with the lovely team at Grosvenor House for a few weeks, for end-of-life care. All the staff could not have been more supportive of my brother and I at this difficult time, unrestricted visiting hours were so helpful and we were made excellent coffee and had uplifting chats with the staff
to help us along. They really treated Mum respectfully as they would their own family. We are very grateful.
