From the moment my 90-year-old mother arrived at Grosvenor House to the moment she passed away, we were made to feel like family. The care has been exemplary, each of the staff has been kind, treating my mum as an individual, catering to her whims and fancies. I have no hesitation in recommending Grosvenor
