Grosvenor House

The care home is always nice and warm and clean. The staff are very caring and friendly and it is comforting to know my mother is being well looked after.

Always very welcome, tea/coffee offered. I think its been wonderful for us and pleased with my brother's care and the time he is given. Very good home, I would be happy to come here for my care. It's very homely.

It's a lovely welcoming place for my dad, with friendly and helpful staff. He has a nice room with a lovely view of the garden.

As a visitor and friend of a resident, I have always felt the staff are wonderful, always cheerful whenever I come. Nothing is too much for the visitor or the client. They always make me a cup of coffee which is very welcome. The care the clients receive goes for and I cannot say anything good enough in praise of this nursing home and staff.

Myself and my sister visited our grandad. I have never felt better for my grandad's care. He has been moved so many time in the past and he and myself feel so happy. Lovely house, lovely staff. Very happy.

Mum was only with the lovely team at Grosvenor House for a few weeks, for end-of-life care. All the staff could not have been more supportive of my brother and I at this difficult time, unrestricted visiting hours were so helpful and we were made excellent coffee and had uplifting chats with the staff to help us along. They really treated Mum respectfully as they would their own family. We are very grateful.

From the moment my 90-year-old mother arrived at Grosvenor House to the moment she passed away, we were made to feel like family. The care has been exemplary, each of the staff has been kind, treating my mum as an individual, catering to her whims and fancies. I have no hesitation in recommending Grosvenor House to anyone, it is a tranquil island in what can be stormy seas as journeys end approaches.
