Isle Court Nursing Home

Fantastic care in beautiful surroundings. The management are attentive and knowledgeable of what I need for my mother. The nursing and care staff are professional and efficient with good communication skills. Any questions regarding my mother's care a dealt with quickly.

HEARTFELT THANKS.

My Mum has been in Isle Court since November 2025. I can honestly say that the surroundings and staff consistently reassure myself, family and friends that Mum is receiving the best care possible and she is being treated with kindness and dignity. My mum has settled well and has made meaningful relationships with other residents and all staff. I feel she is cared for and in a safe place. The spacious areas make Isle Court accessible for my brother who is in a wheelchair. The staff are accommodating and always make the family feel welcome. At all times Isle Court has my mum's best interests at heart. The activities they do daily with all residents ensure they are occupied and feel connected. I know my mum is cared for and in a safe place. Even being able to make tea and coffee makes mum feel at home. I couldn't wish for a better place for my mum and want to take this opportunity to thank everyone at Isle Court for being the caring and kind people they are.

Seeing the care my friend receives at Isle Court has been incredibly reassuring. From the moment you walk in, there is such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everyone treats the residents with genuine kindness, dignity, and respect, and I know my friend is safe, happy, and wonderfully cared for. The food is outstanding-more like a first-class hotel than a care home-and the afternoon tea, served in china cups, is even better than any I've had at a high-end restaurant. There are activities every day to keep residents engaged, plus lovely touches like a bar, happy hour, and even the option of wine with lunch. It doesn't feel like a care home; it feels like a luxury hotel with exceptional care. I enjoy visiting her there and it never feels like a chore. I would recommend Isle Court wholeheartedly, and my own children know it would be my first choice too.

Mom was here after breaking her hip, and the plan for her to receive care at home was not working. She also had Alzheimers, was not eating, but otherwise was able to communicate when she arrived at Isle Court. The staff tried very hard to involve her in all of the lovely activities they have, but she was reluctant. They also tried really hard to get her to eat, getting in pork pies especially for her as they were her favorite, but she continually refused food. Because of the lack of activity and food, she ended up on palliative care. The staff were very kind and continued to try everything to improve her health. Unfortunately they could not get her to eat. She passed away peacefully, and again the staff were very compassionate and caring through a very sad and difficult time, with nothing being too much trouble.

I highly recommend Isle Court.

Mum was here for palliative care during the last few weeks of her life and received excellent care. Everyone who works at this home were friendly, professional and respectful at all times. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone, whether it was during the day or night. All the staff were excellent with family members who visited and we were allowed to go and see Mum at any time of the day or night. They even gave us bedding so we could sleep in Mum's room when it was nearing the end of her life and offered us drinks and snacks. The nurses were amazing, they managed Mum's pain really well and it was a peaceful, pain free passing for her. The cakes by the log in pad for visitors was a massive hit too!! The family can not thank you enough for the care and compassion you gave to Mum and us. THANK YOU EVERYONE !!

My experience with Isle Court Nursing Home has been amazing! My mother is looked after exceptionally well and everybody that works there, works to a high standard and makes mum happy. After 7 years of looked after mum with the help of carers at her home I feel that I have been given my life back. I can sleep at night without worrying about mum. I can look at my phone without feeling frightened that mum has had an accident or is poorly. A "Thank You" isn't enough. You are all amazing!

Lovely home staff are amazing and kind. Residents have lots of activities and are happy here. Food is nutritious and well presented. Real sense of family. We all love it here.

My mother is very settled at Isle Court Nursing Home. She is living with Dementia and stays on Primrose. I cannot fault anything about the care. I find as a relative that I am always treated well and always with a smile and by my name, nothings is too much trouble.

Lovely friendly care home, amazing staff. Residents are at the heart of everything that happens. Rooms are clean and well-kept. My father is supported according to his needs. He is given freedom and options relating to all elements of his daily living. Food is of excellent quality and there is plenty of choice. There is a good selection of activities for residents to take part in, and a timetable is available for families so they can support residents at activities. Afternoon tea each Wednesday is fabulous and residents can attend tea each Wednesday and residents can attend alone or with family. Those who attend along are really well looked after.

Isle Court is fabulous. The staff are friendly and polite. All staff show responsibility and accountability for their job roles and support families so they don't need to worry about their residents/family members care. Residents feel this is their home and each person is respected for their differences. Isle Court is clean tidy and welcoming. Food is of a high standard and families are welcomed to join. The staff listen to family request and residents preferences and do all they can to meet them. Activities here are great. Isle Court takes great pride in providing the best care and it shows in the residents happiness.

Visited the care home with other family members to have afternoon tea with my brother. We enjoyed this very much, he also seemed happy and contented and pleased to see us all. All the staff members that we met were welcoming and friendly and included my brother in their conversations.

Mother was in your care for nearly 2 years, and the staff were very good to her. She was 95 and sadly passed away at Isle Court on the 30th September 2025.

I looked after my mum for 10 years until her dementia made it unsafe to be at home. I dreaded mum going into a home, but I couldn't have wished for a more caring and lovely place. She has settled well and is looked after so well by everyone.

There lots of other issues eg drink not at hand and no duvet.
