Thank you for your review, despite the rating and comments. We as a home have tried to reach out to you on several occasions to discuss this with no joy. End of life care we know many people don't fully understand, we as a home do our best as we did with your loved one and EOL medications were not deemed necessary by GPs & Nurses at that time. We are sorry for your loss and we enjoyed having you & your loved one stay with us for 1 year and 8 months with no issues raised and as you say Excellent care provided. We understand this is a difficult time for you, please know we are here if you wish to reach out to us.
