My nan has settled really well into Isle Court and has definitely been much happier and cheerful since being there! We love seeing photos of her doing different activities (always with a smile on her face).Nothing ever seems too much trouble, staff are always polite and have smiles on their faces. Everything

Mum was only in Isle Court for a short period of time before she sadly passed away. However during her stay we found the the care to be excellent, the staff caring and cheerful and all areas of home were spotless. Residents were encouraged to use the lounge and dinning areas, which were welcoming and
friendly with activities for those who wished to get involved. The food was wonderful and whenever we visited we were made to feel welcome. It was a place I liked to visit. I would like to pass on our heartfelt thanks to all the staff for the care they gave mum.

My mom had always said never put me in a nursing home but after a fall she had to go in to recuperate. Since then she has settled in and decided that she wants to stay. The staff have been so kind to her and nothing is ever too much trouble. Everyone treats her with respect and takes time to have a
chat with her, which she loves. Mom enjoys the food and as she gets to know some of the residents she is starting to join in some of the activities.

My brother was discharged from hospital 4 months ago. From the beginning we found Isle Court to be very welcoming where the staff were prepared to support his individual care needs. He has been encouraged to join in a variety of daily activities living life to the full. The maintenance team have helped
to hang pictures and pin board where he can display newspaper cutting that he has found interesting. Home from home.

My uncle was given notice to quit the care home he was living in, it was a home Registered for Dementia patients but they said they couldn't manage his behaviour.(Strange but true). He was assessed by wonderful staff from Isle Court and they felt they could meet his needs. Since he has moved to Isle
Court he is a changed man! The care and support is amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff.


The staff's skills and knowledge of people with Dementia are exceptional. The actives co-ordinator is incredible and provides constantly varied activities.
I'm kept up to date about his health and care at all times.


A good staff team needs a good leader and the Registered Manager is certainly that! She always has time for you. The building, environment and ground are simply outstanding. I was a Registered Care home Manager for 19 years and experienced many inspections from CQC. Isle Court deserves a rating of outstanding!

Wonderful overall! Clean, smart decor, carers and staff are all friendly and helpful. I feel I could trust them in all aspects of care for my husband. Very saddened to say however beautiful, clean and modern this care home is the main important part was very, very poor, the care.
My father-in-law who was on end of life with cancer was left on several occasions (found by family when visiting) in positions of vulnerability and deeply undignified ways.
Waiting and suffering for 30-40 minutes for help to the bathroom, severely dehydrated from lack of fluids and left in pain for hours due to pain relief not being given as per Mar chart instructions from GP. Staff incompetence when giving medications caused staff confusion, when addressed by family they laughed and said we were busy!
Staff telling the family off for buzzing for assistance as not an emergency situation which clearly it was as assistance was needed. The list goes on and however much I think everyone should know, it won't bring our poor Dad, Grandad, father in law back.

My father was admitted to Isle Court 6 months ago and he has been receiving outstanding care from the very first day. Staff are kind, caring and compassionate. They are experienced and know what exactly care means and always treat people with respect and dignity. My father is happy and confident in
himself. Food served there is absolutely delicious and well presented suiting my father's needs. The Manager of the home guides the team very well and she is always available to the families to have catch up. I am happy that I found the right place for my father. I would recommend Isle Court to all who are looking for a care home for their dear ones.

Isle Court is spotlessly clean throughout and the rooms are spacious and welcoming. All the staff are pleasant and helpful and keep you fully informed and many staff go the extra mile. Some of the communal eating areas resemble a hotel setting rather than a nursing home. The quality of care is first
class and the residents are treated excellently and cannot speak highly enough of the nursing home in general. There are always different activities and entertainment to keep residents who want to partake occupied and happy.

I have always found everyone so helpful with caring, and any concerns we might have always looked into and answered. The receptionists through to cleaners and the kitchen staff were also so helpful and caring nothing is any trouble. We had a time with clothing getting mixed up and I re-did name tags
and put the room number on socks, pants etc. The staff were very helpful in finding her garments for me and staying updated. I'm so pleased with how well she has settled in and made friends so easily.

The Isle Court has been very welcoming to my husband who requires 24/7 care. The building and grounds are maintained to a high standard and are a pleasure to visit. The care assistants and staff are very attentive kind and caring. Maintenance issues are resolved promptly. Fees are expensive but we realise
there is a price to pay for quality care and surroundings.

I have been pleased beyond belief with the care and consideration from all the staff. I can only give all the staff a 5-star review. I couldn't have placed dad in a better environment for stimulation and care. The activities are fantastic as is the food. Well done to all of you at Isle Court.

Even though I work in the care sector, I didn't know where to start to advise the family on where to place my Great Aunt, an ex-RGN herself, as we don't know the area well anymore, she would love to have had the choice but I think we've done her proud. I went with the most professional Home Manager,
the way she spoke about the home made me realise she was very proud of what she had to offer. The staff are incredibly warm, the home is spotless and most importantly, the residents seem happy to be there, that was the biggest piece of advice I could give my cousin when he selected the home. The setting is beautiful, it feels like a country hotel. It used to be a Morris home, local recommendation was strong because of this.

My mother-in-law was a resident in the care home for only 2 months, during this time she received amazing care from all the staff, who treated her as if she were their own mother. The facilities, in my opinion, are first class, many hotels are not to this standard. The staff were caring and attentive,
and the quality of the food was outstanding. There are plenty of social activities for any residents who wish to partake. Families are encouraged to come and have meals with their loved ones and also take part in the activities.
