Treetops Court Care Home

I was really disappointed with the laundry being lost and very much taken to the wrong people. The staff have taken this into hand and there is a vast improvement. I realise it is very hard when residents can wander, including my own husband. The care and attention given to residents is without fault. Thank you to all involved with the running of the home.

Since moving into Treetops Court Care Home, my mum has settled really well. The staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. It is good to know that she is in really good hands. I would highly recommend this care home.

We always leave reassured of things and confident Dad's needs are met and upheld daily by all the staff.

The past two months have been difficult, but the staff and management have been very supportive and understanding. My son and I visited my husband on Christmas day - the residents were treated to a wonderful day. The kitchen staff provided an excellent tasty dinner for the residents. A very enjoyable day.

Me and my wife are really happy with our experience at Treetops Court. While we are visiting my mum there the staff are all very friendly and nice which makes us feel comfortable and relaxed there while visiting. Also, the staff always answer any questions that we may have, this all makes us content that my mum is being looked after properly.

I find all the staff very willing and cheerful. They are looking after my husband with care and kindness and he always looks clean and tidy. Thanks to them all.

My Dad was at Treetops for palliative care before he passed away. The Nurse Manager and the team cared for him with respect and dignity in his last few days during the covid crisis. We were kept informed of any changes.

My uncle has been in the care of the wonderful staff at Treetops for only a short time after being placed with them for end of life care. He was treated with compassion, and his dignity was paramount at all times. The staff have a complete understanding of how devastating it is for families knowing there loved one is not going to recover and treat families with the utmost respect.

My father was admitted to Treetops Court for Palliative Care in March 2020 and I cannot speak highly enough for the excellent care and courtesy provided to my Dad by the Clinical Lead and her team of staff. They were all superb and extremely obliging to my Dad and myself under very difficult circumstances due to Covid 19. The home has a very welcoming feel about it, the food was of a very high standard, my Dads room was lovely and light, bright and always clean. I would have no hesitation in recommending this home, all areas of this facility were of a very high standard.

My mother is a resident. She is very well looked after. Her needs are always met. I would recommend the home to any family members looking to have their loved ones looked after (excellent).

Parking is sometimes a problem. Nice garden. Attractive reception area. Good housekeeping. Pleasant and helpful staff. My friend and other residents are clean and appear to be well cared for.
