We changed to MHA because it seemed similarly modern and clean, efficiently run and the bedroom was more spacious. However, we soon discovered that the atmosphere in MHA was quite different. It is a home where my mother-in-law was at ease. The staff have become friends as well as excellent carers. By comparison, the other nursing home felt more a business first and then a care home.

After trying 5 different homes we came upon Cedar Lodge and I couldn't think of a better place for my nan to be. They are so amazing with her and this is the one time I have seen her happy! They are kind, caring and always hugging nan and whenever I arrive there is a smile on her face. Hands down this is the most amazing home out there!
