Delighted to hear your sentiments, our staff are truly fantastic, really caring about our residents, they are professional and passionate about their roles and consider what they would want so the range and variety of activities is really impressive and reflect their passion and enthusiasm. We are so glad to hear that you are pleased with our care and thank you for sharing your experience and thoughts.
Our ethos is we as staff all come to work in our resident's home, so we don't have that corporate or clinical feel, we very much aspire to create a life-enhancing and fulfilling environment for all of our residents to thrive. Thank you for your kind words, we really do appreciate them.
Thank you so much, it is never an easy decision to make moving a loved one into a care environment, always fraught with mixed emotions and thoughts, I am so glad we have been able to help, glad to hear the transition has affirmed your hopes. Essentially it is a change of address and a chance to move forward with life embracing new opportunities, making new friends and living every day to the full. This gives family and friends a chance to enjoy a more fulfilling relationship where they are not having to worry about supporting but rather planning and enjoying experiences together. We are delighted with your wonderful review and thank you, of course, we will ensure that this is shared with the teams who work so hard to achieve this.
We are so pleased to receive your kind review, we have all of our own staff and do not use an agency, which means our staff know and care for our residents deeply so are always looking to ensure they have their best day every day. The range of activities and events is extensive and varied, most areas are catered for! As I write the choir are serenading me with festive carols, in practice for a concert or two!
That is lovely to hear, we do encourage families to visit whenever they would like. Life can be so busy it is important that you feel able to pop by when you get a moment. It is extremely important to us that our residents are always the best they can be, personal appearance is so important and can often define characters. When residents join us we have extensive information on their likes and dislikes; styles or preferences, preferred name or how they like to be addressed making their care a bit more personal-centred and relevant to them. Thank you for your time in submitting your review, it is appreciated and shared with our fantastic team.
We are thrilled to hear that you are able to share such positive experiences in this review.
