our mum has been a resident here for approx.3 years. we have always found the staff attentive to her needs and ours ! we have found ALL the staff very approachable and friendly. always a warm welcome with drinks and bisciuts. plenty of entertainment for residents / singers / fitness class etc. the food always looks good and nourishing.
I think what sets this care home apart is the staff are all passionate and care about what they do and who they are caring for - yes I would highly recommend it.

A BIG THANKYOU

My mum has been staying at Castle Park since April and the care has been out standing. My mum was very upset when she first went in but the staff were so patient with her. We struggled to get her to eat and drink when she was at home but since being in the home she has even put on weight and has managed to make a friend who she laughs with all day. They do lots of activities, I even participated in an exercise class with the residents. The staff are do pleasant and friendly and always happy to help.

I would whole heartedly recommend this care home . The staff are brilliant , they are all very tentative to mums needs as she has alseimers . The other residents are friendly and they all watch out for each other .

Mum has made lots of friends. The activities are catered for mums needs. Mum loves dancing and there are regular musicians that come along to entertain the residents and mum always has a dance .

Drs are on hand as soon as needed . A weekly hairdresser and pamper session including nails and mum always looks presentable . The meals always look nice and the staff will always ensure there is something mum likes .

The home always smells fresh and clean and the rooftop garden is easily accessible to the residents from the lounge, which they can sit out in the garden when they like, sometimes for their meals .

When I was looking for a home for mum I wouldn't have gone into this home looking at it from the outside because of the area just step into it as its a little gem.

The staff are all very hard-working and make our family very welcome when we visit. Overall they go above and beyond to look after our dear mum and all the residents in their care. Not only do they always strive to do their best for everyone, but they treat them as family. This is really important to us as Mum is very happy and comfortable in this establishment. The bond between the residents and staff is a joy to see. The staff are always looking to introduce new activities to keep the residents engaged and motivated. I would have no hesitation in recommending Castle Park. The staff and the care they provide is outstanding - thank you each and everyone. Keep up the good work!

My mum has been living at Castle Park for nearly a year, having moved from another home that she was unhappy with. Castle Park has changed her life and she is now happy, comfortable and well-settled. The staff are wonderful, incredibly caring and their long experience at the home really shows. There are lots of events and activities for the residents, who spend their days in the communal lounge, rather than cooped up in their rooms. There is always a nurse on duty and Mum has regular visits from the podiatrist and whatever other services she needs, and gets her hair done every month. She has a comfortable room; everywhere is always spotlessly clean and she has made friends over her time there. We are so pleased that we moved Mum to Castle Park. I can't fault them on anything.

My mother-in-law has been a resident at Castle Park since August 2023. My husband and I are delighted to say that she's settled in really well in a relatively short space of time. She's not able to live alone anymore and the entire team at Castle Park have become like a second family to her. She feels safe and happy there and tells us that the staff are all wonderful and that the food is delicious. They really are like one big happy family. We particularly like the online chat group they've set up so that relatives can get regular updates on forthcoming activities. Their communication with relatives is fabulous. All the staff at Castle Park work so hard to ensure that their residents are well cared for and kept entertained with various activities and visiting singers. My mother-in-law loves having a manicure and getting her hair done! I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Castle Park Care Home to anyone looking for peace of mind when it comes to their nearest and dearest.

My dad was in this beautiful care home until 3rd September and until he passed away. They can't do enough for you, make you feel so welcome and looked after my dad so much. 100 out of 100 and always ask if you would like tea or coffee and lots of entertainment for the residents. Keep up the good work.

Mum stayed here from April 2014 till March 2nd 2016 when she passed away peacefully in her bedroom. She suffered with a terrible disease and wasn't safe to stay at home any longer. We were really made welcome and staff went out of their way to help us. This was the case all through Mums time in the home. When it became clear she was fading, she was treated with great care and dignity and we were treated with great compassion. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Castle Park, some of the staff are particularly outstanding.

I think this place is wonderful. The bedroom is a decent size and I like to be in the living area with everyone else. Really like the entertainment (when they come) and bingo. I really like the food and that there is an option to choose from.

I think this is good, nothing wrong here as I can see. So far I'm new here and have joined in a few things so far. I like the people, they seem nice. Plenty of places to go if you want quiet and the menus on offer are good. I've had a pamper and enjoyed the time.
