Our weekly fees are individual to each of our residents and are subject to a pre-admission assessment, which is required to understand the level of care and support needed. Our 2025 weekly care fees for residential care start from £1144 and for nursing care £1364, but may be in the region of 30% more*. This depends on your care needs and the type of bedroom that is right for you, from our standard rooms through to our premium bedroom options.
*If you require more specialist care such as 1-2-1 support, your weekly fee could be higher.

If you chose a care home based in England, you may be eligible for NHS Funded Nursing Care (FNC), which helps cover the cost of nursing. This is worth £254.06 per week and is usually paid directly to the care home.

We only have one care home in Chaddesden and while the manager was not aware of your concerns, she would very much like to reassure you that she welcomes all feedback and would like to reach out to you directly. In terms of your husband's bedroom, you are more than welcome to look at other bedroom options at The Park and the team will be very happy to show you these on your next visit. When bedding needs changing, we feel we are prompt to act but we welcome any feedback on how we can improve this. Regarding your observations, our garden is a popular spot with our residents, however they do prefer to use it when the weather is really warm. It's often used for al fresco dining and we even have a resident who has their own gardening patch, which they take great pride in maintaining. While activities may not always be visible during your visits, please rest assured we do have a variety of engaging activities which are tailored to our resident's interests, which include a lot of person-centred one-to-one activities, which we appreciate might not always be as obvious as the bigger group ones. If you use social media, we'd love you to join our home's family and friends' social media page so you can see everything going on in the home.
