The staff, all nurses, carers and housekeeping staff have always looked after my husband with great care, kindness and respect.

Overall, very happy with the care mum gets. Most of the staff are very friendly and informative and treat mum very well. The activities and entertainment are very good. Overall, mum seems quite happy.

I have never been in a home where staff (nurses, HCA, kitchen staff and housekeepers) are very friendly and they have gone that extra mile to make me feel I am a part of a family. I am very pleased with the care my Husband receives. He is happy and likes the food and eats well. The chef is very obliging, my Husband likes salmon and I asked the chef if I took some in would she cook it for him which she did and he enjoyed it. My father-in-law came into Argyle House in March 2018 from hospital his health has improved since being here, he is well looked after and he is given good meals, the staff are very friendly and look after him very well. We would like him to go to the daily entertainment when possible, especially the sing songs and the holy communion but overall we are very happy with the care that he is receiving.

Despite the wet weather and cramped conditions for the Easter Fete, the staff worked their socks off and smiled through it all making it a fun afternoon for all ages. Nicely presented refreshments which were greatly appreciated.

I am so happy that my dad is in Argyle House care centre.
Everyone is so kind and happy and really look after him. The food is really lovely and well presented, hot and always looks tasty.

Argyle House has provided my dad with a warm, comfortable and homely environment where he is respected and well cared for. The staff are first rate and although busy and time-limited, put their residents first. The food is excellent and residents have their personal choices met consistently.

Since my brother has come to this home, the staff have been marvellous. As he was being sick a lot they checked his medication and found food which he had to avoid. Since this, my brother has been much happier.

I have been visiting a resident at Argyle House for a little over a year and have been very impressed with the home... it feels "homely". The most impressive thing to me was that the home provides for far more than just the physical needs of its residents, which is encouraging in times when finances everywhere seem stretched. The staff are great and seem genuinely caring and respectful in their dealings with residents.
