My Father was at Cheaney Court for several months and he was well looked after. The management and staff were all approachable and not once did I see a miserable member of staff. They always had a smile on their faces and were very welcoming. The home itself was clean and well-maintained.

This is a very friendly, caring and supportive care home. Always greeted with a smile whether it's management or care staff. We couldn't have asked for better care than what was given and shown to my dad. Whenever there was a change in my dad's health or his care needs had to be altered we were contacted
straight away. He was as happy as we could have hoped for. 10/10 to CheaneyCourt Care Home.

Mum was extremely difficult to begin with and found it difficult to settle. Visiting her was a trial.
She was treated with love and respect. Hert well-being was always their major concern. The patience shown to my Dad with his constant telephone calls was also much appreciated.
They turned her around
and I am sure enriched her last few years.

The comfort support, and friendlyness were very important to me when finding somewhere for my friend not only could my friend have asked for no more, but neither could I. I feel we both made lots of friends from management/admin, carer, and nurses.

I could not be happier with the overall experience at Cheaney Court. The staff are lovely and keep us up to date with my Dad on each visit. The DR. visits regularly and my Dad seems very well taken care of. I regularly have to restock my Dad's bathroom which is so nice to know he is always clean as
he was in a different care home before and was never in need of new wash items as they never cared. Overall my Mother and I are very happy with everything at Cheaney Court and my Dad seems very settled.

My Mother has lived at Cheaney Court for 4 months and has settled in very well. This is due to the caring staff. Mum enjoys the food, she always looks clean and well presented and her room is always clean and tidy. There are excellent activities which she likes to participate in. The home is run professionally
and we are always made to feel welcome when we visit. We are happy that Mum is being so well looked after.

The staff are outstanding. We visit my mother at different times and witness the staff dealing with challenging situations. Their kindness, patience and awareness of health and safety issues is extraordinary. Cheaney Court is always clean and the laundry service is excellent. The food is very good and
Mum loves the puddings. Her personal care is excellent, the nurse keeps me closely informed on her welfare.
I feel relaxed and happy knowing Mum is safe, happy and cared for.

Staff are excellent with my wife. Her needs are complex but everyone knows her strict routine. I'm treated extremely well, not only do the staff look after the residents but they look after the family members as well.

Mum moved into Cheaney Court in June 2021 and I never regretted my choice of care home. Every single person working there, whatever their role, is friendly and welcoming to both residents and their family and friends, always finding time to stop and chat. The food is varied and specific diets are well
catered for. Activities are well thought out and plentiful. And when Mum sadly passed away recently, she was treated with such dignity and kindness, as were myself and my sister. Mum was always cared for with such patients and thought. Every member of staff should be proud of the contribution they make to ensure that Cheaney Court is the happy home that it is.

My mother's stay lasted for two and a half years. Throughout this time, I have nothing but praise for her care in all areas. I was also made to feel welcome, comfortable and included. It was more like a family home than a care home. In the day that my mother passed away, Cheaney Court went above and
beyond in their care and support of my mother, my sister and me. We could not have wished for more.

My dad has lived at Cheaney Court for the past two years and the care and consideration shown by the staff is always outstanding. This has been especially so for the past few months, when the funding for my dad's care was reviewed. The reassurances and kindness of the management was truly appreciated,
at a time when things felt very uncertain and fragile. Dad is now a permanent resident at Cheaney Court and I am so relieved that he will be cared for by dedicated and thoughtful people who always go the extra mile. As a family, we are agreed that we have been very lucky to find such a special place for Dad and that we can always be secure in the knowledge that he is being cared for excellently. Thank you!

I have visited residents in Cheaney Court for over fifteen years. These have been long-term residents or just those who have needed respire care. The home is always clean, rarely a smell detectable (except home cooked food). Staff welcoming and cheerful. Residents are clean - clothes well laundered.
It's noisy in the day rooms - but that's usually the nature of the residents. Some friends have died there and their needs - personal, clinical and pastoral - have been met by the vigilant and ever-caring staff.

Due to my own health problems, I have only been able to visit my mother-in-law several times recently. However, I find the staff eager to greet and help. I would have been happy for my late mother to have ended her years at Cheaney Court.

I am very happy with the care provided for my wife. In fact, I would say it is excellent. I am always made welcome. There is only one thing wrong, and that is she isn't at home with me. But, I am happy she is very well cared for at Cheaney Court.

We got married on 06/05/2023, Saturday. During our comfort break, we wanted photographers with Mum and Dad who live at this care home. The staff were brilliant, they put up decorations outside and dressed Mum and Dad up in the special clothes that we provided for the day. They brought Mum and Dad outside
when in the wedding car and absolutely made our day. They were all fantastic to help us.

Mum arrived at Cheaney Court Care Home, three weeks ago, after spending five weeks in hospital. From the first moment she arrived, everyone was smiling and so very welcoming. She has settled in extremely well, due to the incredible staff, more than we could ever have hoped for. The staff go above and
beyond in all they do.
Mum is gaining weight and joining in with many of the activities, due to the encouragement and care shown to her. We would thoroughly recommend this wonderful care home.
