She has been welcomed at the home and looked after well by the friendly staff.
From my mum arriving the staff were excellent. Very kind and caring and made her comfortable during her stay. The home is exceptionally clean and rooms were well furnished. Would recommend to anyone looking for a care home.
Whilst my father-in-law was only in residence at Springwater for a short period at the end of his life, we found the staff to be excellent in the care and compassion they provided. We would have no hesitation in recommending Springwater to other people looking for a home for an elderly relative.
This was the first time we had any dealings with a care home. After looking at several, we decided this looked the best for our father. After he had settled in, visiting was lovely. The staff are just fantastic, so lovely, they go above and beyond. I can't recommend them highly enough. I don't worry about him being there at all; he loves it too, really getting involved with the entertainment they put on for all of the elderly there. Just wonderful.
Staff are friendly, diligent and you can see they really care.
We were concerned when Mum had to go into a home. But this was soon dispelled. It really is the best and safest place for Mum.
They are making his time here lovely.
He’s very happy.
It’s very clean and modern, lovely with all the Christmas decorations, very warm and a happy place to be.
My mum has been at Springwater Lodge for 7 months and is very happy. She loves community life and all activities. She has gone from being hyper stressed when she came, to feeling relaxed and at home. The carers are friendly and responsive.
My uncle was in here for just over one week before he passed. Me and my sister travelled from Liverpool and stayed with my auntie and him for four nights and days. What a fantastic care home with exceptional staff - nothing was ever too much trouble for any of them, and their care and genuine compassion were outstanding to not just my uncle but my auntie as well. Thank you all so much.
My mother-in-law has been in Springwater Lodge Care Home for five weeks. I would just like to say how every single staff goes above and beyond for the care of my mother-in-law. They are so friendly and thoughtful, from the care staff, management, kitchen staff, maintenance and night staff, every single one. I would like to say a big thank you to each and everyone. Thanks.
Amazing service, always polite. All the staff are very accommodating and patient with all family that come to visit. All staff are very quick to solve any concerns or problems that arise. Kind regards from the entire family.
Staff are so lovely, friendly and so helpful. They go above and beyond to not only make sure my grandma is looked after, but also me and all my family. There is no better place I’d rather have my grandma in her last days.
My mother is in this home at present and the care Mum has received from the start has been amazing. All the staff are so caring, understanding, kind and considerate. Their care and love is second to none. We are very happy and can't thank you all enough.
Mum became a resident of the home from late November for five months until April, when she sadly died.
During Mum's time at the home, she was taken care of with great care, dignity, compassion and kindness by every member of the staff team that she encountered - from the laundry lady, caretaker, domestic and care staff and all of the nursing team.
Mum's needs increased significantly during her time in the home, but every change was anticipated, where possible, and much care and consideration was taken about how Mum's dignity could be respected. As a family, we were supported to be at the home as much or as little as needed. We were made to feel very welcome and got to know everyone by name.
Thank you for everything
My dad came to Springwater Lodge from the hospital after breaking his hip. We have been impressed with the staff and the care he has been given. His medication has been given on time, and the staff responds quickly when Dad presses his buzzer. The staff are friendly and caring, and it is reassuring for us as a family that there are nurses available. Dad is really enjoying the food, and when it is time for a meal, the staff bring a small sample of what is on offer so that Dad can see what he fancies. They even have supper too! His room is kept clean and tidy, and Dad has been having regular showers. Monitoring of his condition is well done, and we can talk to staff anytime. We feel reassured that Dad is receiving good care in a friendly and caring environment.
Very good and very friendly.
Got no arguments; the care I get is excellent.
The staff are all friendly. One lady is very helpful.
Friendly.
I am very happy to be living at Springwater where I feel well looked after, comfortable, and treated with great dignity and outstanding kindness.
