Everything is excellent!
I found the home very welcoming and caring. My mother was very well looked after and the staff are always very pleasant and cheerful. I always left with a smile on my face, knowing my mother was in good hands. I did have a small concern at one time, but this was quickly rectified. The staff had the patience of saints at times with my mother and I am truly grateful for that. She passed away in a place she said she liked being in.
My sister was given the best care and treated with great respect. She was given dignity in her last weeks.
From the moment I walked into Springwater, I knew it was the right place for my sister.
Thank you all.
I didn't want to come into a home but I knew I needed help. Springwater Lodge is just perfect. My room, the staff, the food, all of it is perfect.
Fantastic, caring and patient staff who genuinely seem to enjoy working with dementia patients. Brilliant interaction with all residents and show compassion and warmth to all. I know my mum is safe and well cared for at this most difficult time of her life. Would recommend to anyone.
Welcoming and friendly staff. Helpful and ready to talk and explain about care. Make you feel wanted. Clean and tidy home and staff smartly dressed with smiles on their faces. A home from home.
My mother had to go into the care home for end of life care. This was a difficult time for her and the rest of the family but we were all treated with the utmost respect and kindness. Mum's dignity was at the forefront of everything and she was looked after like one of their own. All the staff were caring and kind and the management of the home is second to none. We have no hesitation in recommending the home to our family and friends.
They looked after my grandma so well and kept her comfortable. They allowed grandad in every day with the dog which made it easier for all involved. They do a top job - thank you.
Cheerful, friendly, attentive staff.
I like the food and my newspaper that comes everyday. I am looked after well.
Very caring approach. Good on patient knowledge. Quality food. Go the extra mile especially with Mum's birthday party. Wonderful home with wonderful staff.
