Overall Experience
Overall, I was well looked after. My care needs were met and the food was good and sufficient. The room was clean and well decorated. The hot water in the washbasin never became hot enough and there was difficulty flushing the toilet. The staff were respectful, friendly and caring.

Overall Experience
My wife had terminal cancer and spent the last 4 weeks of her life at Highfields. The staff were all very caring and looked after all of my wife's needs. The food was very good and the place is very clean, no smells. I would highly recommend. Thank you all.

Overall Experience
My mother is well looked after, respected and cared for. She is happy and I don't worry about her as I know that she is alright and content. The staff are very good with her and she likes them and has a laugh with them.
