Thank you very much for this. It was a pleasure.
Thank you so much. It was a pleasure to care.
The home is bright, cheerful, spotlessly clean, well maintained and well run.
During a stressful week for my family, I was ringing the home often to check on mum's condition, and my calls were answered so politely, my questions answered in full, and if there were any changes in mum's condition, I was called immediately by the member of staff taking care of her.
Mum's last three months were spent in a clean and caring environment, and I cannot thank all members of staff enough. Living a long distance from the home, I had peace of mind knowing that mum was well looked after. Thank you all so much.
Thank you for the kind review. As always its been a pleasure to care.
Thanks to the professional

After qualifying as a Mental Health Nurse in 2007, I have gained over 15 years of experience working in the private care sector, predominantly with older adults. This area is especially important to me as I have experienced first-hand the negative side of caring for a loved one. I vowed to my profession that I would try my very hardest to ensure that nobody within my care would experience what I experienced. This is the ethos that I use each and every day.
