The team at Bright Meadows Care Home provide residential, nursing convalescent, palliative and respite care for up to 120 residents.

Mum has been in care for over five years now, under two administrations. Generally speaking, the level of care has remained constantly satisfactory. The turnover of staff is a concern as it always has been with, inevitably, a mix of very good to only average levels of competence and empathy. I...
It is frustrating for me to think of Mum being cold and upsetting knowing Mum is unable to communicate with staff.
