My Aunty has been at the Home since September 2019, sadly she has now passed over this week. During her time at Four Seasons, she was well cared for, happy, safe and felt loved. The staff are marvellous doing a very difficult job at the moment, but they are still full of enthusiasm. I would 100% recommend this Home, they go `above and beyond' and really do care for their residents. I can only have praise for the marvellous staff and thank them for making my Aunt's time there so special. Just before lockdown in February my Aunty celebrated her 90th there and enjoyed a party organised by the well-being team. The team made the party so special and memorable, thanks so much for doing that.

I hope to go back and thank them all in person once the Covid situation has improved, but in the meantime, thanks so much, keep up the marvellous work, it is very much appreciated !!

My mum had been a resident on Summer Unit for the last six years until she sadly passed away in June this year.
The outstanding care and respect that Mum received over the years was evident during the days prior to her passing away.
Every member of staff at Four Seasons treated Mum with the utmost care, dignity and professionalism.
As a family, we were comforted and supported by a team who, as always, went above and beyond.

Our sincere and grateful thanks, always.

My Aunt has had vascular dementia and Alzheimers for 11 years and after spending several months in hospital, moved into the Four Seasons Care home. My Aunt receives good care and is treated with respect. She is settled and content in her new home. Family visits are welcomed and any concerns raised are addressed immediately.

From my experience lately, the unit is being run better than it has been for many years of us being here. If I can't make it for some reason they will be cared for which I haven't felt for a while. There will always be little niggles but when mentioned soon put right!!

Please carry on caring it means so much in this awful situation as families we are in.

My mother has been a resident at Autumn Berry for over 2 years. The care and understanding provided by the unit manager and the Autumn Berry team is without doubt incredible. Sadly my mother fell frequently in January due to a deterioration in her Alzheimer's, however, the attention, care and compassion provided by all relevant staff have been greatly appreciated by me, as my mum has been given the help and assistance needed. I live in Leicestershire, a long way from Bolton, but am fully confident with the care provided to my mum. Thanks to everyone involved with my mother's care and welfare. HC One - thanks for providing a magnificent care home - you need to be very proud of all your Four Seasons staff.

As a family we are extremely happy with the care mum receives at the Winter Unit, the staff are excellent in particular the unit manager. Perhaps more activities would be beneficial and increase stimulation for the residents.

In the 5 1/2 years my husband has been a resident here I have been really happy with his care. The staff that are based on the unit where my husband resides are so friendly and caring, they also look out for me and take care of my welfare as well. Not only the staff on the unit but activities, laundry, kitchen and, not forgetting management, all make us feel welcome at the home.

I know this home has had some bad write ups but my mum is happy here, so if she's happy we are. The staff are very good if I have a grievance I speak to the staff and it gets resolved. On the whole, I have no complaints.

The care my friend had in this care home was second to none. He was looked after as if he was one of their own. The care staff, admin team, maintenance team, kitchen and domestics could not have done any more for him. The manager was fantastic, and could not do enough for the family. I would recommend this home to anybody who wanted there relative to be looked after as an individual.

Some residents went out to the cinema, and the buzz of them returning was absolutely fantastic, the activities they do is amazing.

My elderly mother came to Four Seasons Care Home Summer unit in December 2017. She was an NHS Fastrack patient for end of life care. I had always worried about placing mum in a home, however, all of my worries and preconceptions were completely alleviated at Four Seasons Care Home. From day one, everyone was kind, courteous and put mum and her best interests first. Nothing was too much trouble.
Her room was lovely and spacious and modern. Mum loved the activities.

On Christmas day, I was invited to have my Christmas dinner with mum as they realised how important being with mum was. When mum neared the end of her life, the care was exceptional, regular pressure area care, palliative medicine when needed with no delay. I stayed with mum for the duration and their care for me as a family member was wonderful. Mum died peacefully with dignity and that is because of the loving care demonstrated by all at Four Seasons Care Home. Thank you.
