I am obviously very disappointed to hear that you felt the standard of care for your Aunt did not meet your expectations. We have very high standards of care demonstrated by our generally positive feedback so any family concerns we take very seriously. We have since written to you privately to provide further information about your Aunt. Significant weight loss can sometimes happen with illness as has been the case for your Aunt but we are pleased to hear that your Aunt is now recovering and regaining weight. Please do not hesitate to contact me directly if you need further information in response to my letter.
