My only observation for improvement
At the end of her stay, Mum was glad to go back to her own house but the care home had met her needs adequately and she had no complaints.
Thank you for your feedback on the excellent care at Charlotte House. We always try to make dining special - sorry to hear that your friend feels that the food could improve. There is always choice available and the menu is created with and by residents. We will make sure we can offer something they fancy. I have managed a range of different services, from commissioning new services through to troubleshooting and improving struggling homes. I have also had experience as a regional manager which gave me the opportunity to manage people that have become dispersed across several local authorities.
