I always receive a welcome when visiting, and am kept informed of any problems with regard to My wife's welfare. My wife has been in the home since June 2000, and at no time have there been any problems regarding her welfare or treatment. I can find no fault with her care.

Clayton Manor Care Home is a wonderful care home. The staff are fantastic and the care is outstanding. Everyone goes the extra mile for residents. Having responsibility for a vulnerable loved requiring care can be loaded with worry and guilt but knowing that he is in such a great placement relieves
that. Clayton has been outstanding since day one. I never have to worry about my dad. I know that his physical social and emotional well being is not just being met, but is paramount to everyone working in the home.

Myself and my partner regularly visit a wonderful friend of ours who has been a resident at Clayton Manor for over a year now. We have always found all the staff to be very caring and kind. There are frequent activities and entertainment for the residents. The home has a lovely atmosphere with all the
staff - nurses/support workers/domestic and carting staff doing their best to look after our friend.

Mum has only been here just over 6 months. Everything is excellent. I am kept informed of everything that occurs. The manager and staff are excellent giving the best possible care. The residents are foremost in their minds.

Clayton Manor Care Home staff are lovely and very caring, and the home itself is kept very clean including residents' rooms. The manager is always on the ball, and really helpful, often under difficult circumstances. I'm confident my mum is in the best possible hands, receiving the best possible care.

Nan is much safer being here than at home, but sometimes feel she doesn't always get the support she needs e.g making her bed and continence care in the night. The staff are lovely and ensure they show dignity and respect. Nan is a very independent lady but does need some support. Decorated lovely and
good refreshments. Good level of infection control. Overall good! Bedrooms slightly too small.

Really cannot fault Clayton Manor. Nanna has been so well looked after and is very comfortably. Physically very good, dementia is taking its toll but again the care she gets from the excellent staff does not make this any sort of issue. I would recommend Clayton Manor to anyone.

My sister moved into Clayton Manor from another care home - since she has moved, there has been a marked improvement in her health. She is always clean and tidy and is receiving excellent care from all of the staff, who are always welcoming. Today I went on the canal trip with my sister which was organised
by a staff member - it was brilliant. My sister really enjoyed the day and so did I. I never thought I would be able to go on a trip with her again. My brother went on the rikshaw ride with her. This place and staff are amazing.

I am a qualified nurse with 21 years of experience in the NHS and 22 years of experience in the healthcare sector. I have a special interest in dementia care, and worked as a national dementia lead, before coming to manage Clayton Manor in 2020. Prior to this role, I managed an outstanding-rated home for 9 years. I love my job and work hard to ensure that people living and working here are happy, and safe and have the best we can possibly offer. I also ensure that relatives are informed of what is happening at all times. We operate in a truly inclusive way so everyone feels welcome and supported. I am very proud to say that I work at Clayton Manor. It is the most homely, caring and exceptional place I have worked in.
