We do miss your dad, who was such a wonderful, kind and gentle man. He was totally devoted to your mum and always had something good to say no matter what the situation. I still expect to see him in reception with either pies or cakes for everyone to share.

Your mum is known to most of the residents in the home and they all care about her as she is such a lovely person with a great sense of humour.
