Weston Park Care Home is located on the edge of Macclesfield and is convenient for shops, amenities, public transport and the motorway network.

This purpose built care home provides accommodation in single occupancy rooms, all of which have private toilet facilities.

Weston Park provides TV lounges and quiet sitting rooms for residents to relax and socialise in. Separate dining rooms, where residents can enjoy the company of others at meal times, are also available. A good variety of home cooked food based on traditional cooking using fresh produce is served. Special diets are catered for and daily choices are available.

Regular visits are made to the home by an experienced hair stylist and a qualified chiropodist. A range of complementary therapies can be arranged for residents.

It took me a while to write this review because I wanted to ensure that I was completely happy with my choice of home for my mum. I didn't want to put my mum in a care home, it was necessary for her safety. When I visited Weston Park, I was unhappy with what I saw - baby gates were installed on bedroom
doors, which I believed were for keeping the residents in their rooms. As a result, I decided not to pursue it any further. However, a few months later, I went back to Weston Park, and upon further questioning, I found out that the 'baby gates' were installed to keep other residents out of people's rooms who needed some alone time. So, my initial theory was wrong. The team is exceptional and very supportive of family members. They have many activities for residents to participate in during the day. It's been seven months since my mum moved in and I can say she is much happier. I cannot find fault with Weston Park. I'm grateful to them for everything they have done for my mum.

A very nice and friendly home, this is our 3rd respite stay and was very happy with staffing levels, cleanliness, excellent food and choice. Only fault was a number of staff talk to residents as you would do to an infant.

It was really hard to accept Mum having to come to live in a home however, I can hand on heart say the staff here have been fabulous. They have been so lovely not only with Mum but with me too. I can not praise them enough. It has been so difficult knowing Mum is in the end stage of cancer but the support
received here is making all the difference. The staff really do care about the residents and try so hard to keep them well and happy. I have recommended the home to others.

Amazing! It was so nice to see how the staff are with the residents. After Covid, it's lovely how all of the family and friends can come and enjoy it. It doesn't feel like a care home here - it feels like a family. All of the staff are so welcoming.

Had a lovely afternoon celebrating Father's Day in the garden with a lovely entertainment lady making it a fun afternoon for everyone. I also attended an event for the Jubilee, it was very good and the entertainment was great. All the staff worked very hard to make it special for everyone.

The Jubilee street party was brilliantly organised and executed. It rained all day, so it was carried out inside but the experience was not diminished by that. Wonderful food and drink for friends and residents with great support from the staff.

The Jubilee party was brilliant, a lot of work had been done, especially one member of staff who sorted it out and worked hard to get it all done. Shame the weather turned bad, but all went well - the singer was brilliant.

Mum has been in this home for just over a year, whenever we come to see her she seems happy, clean and tidy. The rooms are tidy and the staff seem very friendly and helpful.
