Weston Park Care Home is located on the edge of Macclesfield and is convenient for shops, amenities, public transport and the motorway network.

This purpose built care home provides accommodation in single occupancy rooms, all of which have private toilet facilities.

Weston Park provides TV lounges and quiet sitting rooms for residents to relax and socialise in. Separate dining rooms, where residents can enjoy the company of others at meal times, are also available. A good variety of home cooked food based on traditional cooking using fresh produce is served. Special diets are catered for and daily choices are available.

Regular visits are made to the home by an experienced hair stylist and a qualified chiropodist. A range of complementary therapies can be arranged for residents.

The coordinator has been fantastic in arranging video calls and a photoshoot for us. This has been a real lifeline during the pandemic and has given us memories to cherish for the future.

Since my mum became a resident on the dementia ward, the family have been pleased with the care she has received. Her weight has remained stable. The staff are very friendly and professional.

My mother (104) has been at the care home for over four years and has dementia. The care and attention she receives are excellent. The home has handled the Covid outbreak extremely well. I would recommend this home to anyone. The staff are outstanding.

Yet again, it comes as no surprise this so-called care provider is now in special measures! What would be the point of submitting a review only to be against Content Standards? The facts on the shocking care this home provides are there to view on the recent CQC most recent investigation. Surely a
review should therefore be available for the public to read? My view and my photographic evidence of care this provider, who portrayed itself as being high-class care, is nothing more than a lie and could not be further from the truth! This so-called "care home", it goes without saying, was an absolute disgrace.

As the new home manager at Weston Park, I can hand on heart say that we deliver good care to our residents. I can appreciate that some may feel that I am bound to say that about the service I am now responsible for, but as I have said to those living here, and their loved ones, please judge me/us on what you see now.

Our mum has been in here now for just under three years. I cannot fault the care she has been given during this time, and having mixed dementia is particularly taxing for everyone, they have all been so good with her and we have always been able to keep in touch with them for updates when we were unable
to visit even supplying an odd couple of photos so we could see how she was doing as we're unable to do FaceTime calls with her and telephone calls were a struggle. She has been through a lot in the last couple of months having been in hospital twice and now in later stages of dementia, but the staff are so easy and relaxing to talk to and they all do a very good job, we are looking forward to seeing her on Mother's Day and this time the grandchildren will be able to see her which they have not been able to. Keep up the good work, you have all been fantastic!

I am pleased with Mum's care in what has been very challenging times for all at Weston Park. The home has coped well and kept the family up to date with any changes. It has been difficult for all, especially the residents with extra needs and you have done very well.

Arrived today and there was a lady providing musical bingo and singing with the residents, they loved her and it was nice to have some life in the lounge for the residents and visitors. The lounge looks lovely as it's been painted.

My mother came home today after spending 8 days respite at Waterside after being discharged from hospital. She was in isolation so obviously, we couldn’t visit, but she was full of praise for the care home and the care that she received while she was there. Thank you so much.

My mother was here for respite at Waterside. She was very well looked after and staff did FaceTime with me, whenever she felt upset, for reassurance. There is one member of staff I would like to say a special thank you to for the video calls. She knows who she is and is a real gem. I would like to thank
