It was really hard to accept Mum having to come to live in a home however, I can hand on heart say the staff here have been fabulous. They have been so lovely not only with Mum but with me too. I can not praise them enough. It has been so difficult knowing Mum is in the end stage of cancer but the support received here is making all the difference. During the time that your Mum has been with us, we have got to know her well and you as a family also. Despite the sadness around the reason for our meeting, we are all pleased that our paths have crossed because you have enriched our lives. I truly believe that staff care about those that they care for but what makes that process flourish is the kindness of others in return. I still expect to see him in reception with either pies or cakes for everyone to share.

Amazing! It was so nice to see how the staff are with the residents. After Covid, it's lovely how all of the family and friends can come and enjoy it. It doesn't feel like a care home here - it feels like a family. All of the staff are so welcoming.

Had a lovely afternoon celebrating Father's Day in the garden with a lovely entertainment lady making it a fun afternoon for everyone. I also attended an event for the Jubilee, it was very good and the entertainment was great. All the staff worked very hard to make it special for everyone.

The Jubilee street party was brilliantly organised and executed. It rained all day, so it was carried out inside but the experience was not diminished by that. Wonderful food and drink for friends and residents with great support from the staff.

The coordinator has been fantastic in arranging video calls and a photoshoot for us. This has been a real lifeline during the pandemic and has given us memories to cherish for the future.

The facts on the shocking care this home provides are there to view on the recent CQC most recent investigation. Surely a review should therefore be available for the public to read? My view and my photographic evidence of care this provider, who portrayed itself as being high-class care, is nothing more than a lie and could not be further from the truth! This so-called "care home", it goes without saying, was an absolute disgrace.

As the new home manager at Weston Park, I can hand on heart say that we deliver good care to our residents. I can appreciate that some may feel that I am bound to say that about the service I am now responsible for, but as I have said to those living here, and their loved ones, please judge me/us on what you see now.

Our mum has been in here now for just under three years. I cannot fault the care she has been given during this time, and having mixed dementia is particularly taxing for everyone, they have all been so good with her and we have always been able to keep in touch with them for updates when we were unable to visit even supplying an odd couple of photos so we could see how she was doing as we're unable to do FaceTime calls with her and telephone calls were a struggle. She has been through a lot in the last couple of months having been in hospital twice and now in later stages of dementia, but the staff are so easy and relaxing to talk to and they all do a very good job, we are looking forward to seeing her on Mother's Day and this time the grandchildren will be able to see her which they have not been able to. Keep up the good work, you have all been fantastic!
