The staff are all welcoming whenever I visit and know my father-in-law very well. They recognise when things are becoming confusing for him, they can direct him to things he needs to do and still treats him with dignity.

Thank you to the manager and all the staff for making mum's short stay comfortable. Thank you for the support given to make mum's last wishes possible, we could not have done it without your love and care! Although mum didn't stay with the Preston Glades very long. First impressions as walking through the door was that it was very clean, met by a lovely woman who tested us before entering the premises. Great help through the visit and the other girls were fantastic aswell. My dad felt very at home here. Thanks to all of you. Keep up the good work.

All the staff and carers have given excellent care to my father. He has been much happier since leaving the hospital. The food looks beautiful, and the rooms and facilities are lovely and clean. A very friendly and welcoming place to be and visit.

My mother settled in really well, very quickly with severe dementia. The staff are very accommodating to the family members who visit and make us all feel welcome. Mum is encouraged to join in activities, and the environment is safe, friendly and happy. The caring staff are an assurance that Mum is

I have been very pleased with the care home. I have found the staff to be very helpful. They have been very caring towards my mother. The home seems to be very well run and provided me with peace of mind during the Covid lockdown and in general.

My dad has spent a few short months at Preston Glades. In this period, he has been shown the most respectful compassionate care. As a family, we couldn't ask for more. All the staff care for not only the resident but the family also. The manager has clearly turned this home around, her passion and dedication
to 5-star care shine through. My dad started in Preston Glades for end of life care, he was well looked after right to the end of his journey in life.

Louise is a highly experienced Manager with over 16 years of experience. She has twice been involved in achieving outstanding in her previous homes. Louise brings a deep understanding of the sector, as well as valuable contacts at Lancashire County Council.


She is already a valued member of our Senior Leadership team and has worked in different roles for Each Other Care for the last five years, including most recently as our Quality and Compliance Manager.


Louise is aligned with our values, purpose and vision and knows us, and the company inside out. Louise is integral to delivering excellence at Preston Glades.
