Provided respite for 3 weeks to my 93-year-old dad and my stepmother. They were offered a place to stay together in a large twin room which immediately made it easier for them to accept. Blenheim was clean, friendly and easy to communicate with when checking on parents' wellbeing. The staff were caring
and put residents' needs first. Nursing staff were quick to identify medical needs and address them accordingly. The activities coordinator was so good with them both and quickly gained their trust.

Mum was in the home for two weeks after Dad was admitted to the hospital with sepsis. Mum has Alzheimer's and needed 24-hour care. On arrival, we were greeted and taken to Mum's room. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff friendly. Mum received excellent care. I only visited three times as it
was dressing Mum that she had to stay, but I telephone regularly, and the nurses told me how she was and reassured me that it was the right decision to not visit. It was reassuring to know Mum was safe and well cared for at a difficult time.

My father-in-law was only in Blenheim Court for 5-days for end of life care, and we cannot thank you enough for the wonderful care you gave him. It has been a massive comfort to us to know how well he was being looked after and how happy he was in his final days.
Every single one of the team who cared
for him made us feel so welcome, and nothing was too much trouble for them, so on behalf of myself and my family, we would like to say how grateful we are for all the loving care and attention the management and all the staff paid to him. Thank you.

My mum was in Blenheim Court for just 3 weeks for end of life care. We were allowed to visit every day. My mum was looked after with dignity and compassion right up to the very end. She was treated with the highest level of care. All the staff were kind and polite and treated us with kindness and sympathetically.
I would highly recommend this home knowing your loved ones are looked after all the time.

My mum was a resident at Blenheim Court for end of life care. During the days she was there she was treated with the utmost care and dignity. The staff were patient in trying to feed her and talked to her gently. They were more than friendly to me and you felt very welcome from the moment you walked
in. Very professional. I was more than happy knowing that my mum spent her last days here.

My mum was in due to dementia where she was well looked after at all time by fantastic friendly professional staff. During her final days with us, nothing was too much trouble and she had a lovely room and was comfortable at all times and they kept us up to date on mum at all times. I would definitely

We were more than happy with how the staff have taken care of my Mother during the pandemic, they made sure we spoke on the phone often and put our minds at rest. We are regularly informed of any new clothes she is requiring, personal care supplies, monies for her hair and nails done, we know my Mother
is happy when she has had her hair and nails done, these little gestures mean a lot to us.

My Mother was moved to this care home in August 2020. The care she has received since moving in has been outstanding. All the staff are caring, thoughtful and nothing is too much trouble. The well being of the residents is the number one priority. They keep me well informed of any changes to her condition
and are always pleased to talk to me about her care. The care home is well maintained, clean and well managed. I have seen a big improvement in my Mother since becoming a resident. She is so happy and I have no worries at all.
I would highly recommend this care home to anyone.

Ever since the new management took over it is lovely and it doesn't smell of wee. My husband is here and I am coming here when I can't manage anymore. The staff are very friendly and Blenheim Court is great. My mum was a resident here too. Thank you.

As a family, a hard decision was made that Mum needed 24 hour nursing care. First impressions are vital and mine and my sisters were more than satisfied. There is a lovely caring atmosphere, all staff are welcoming and extremely kind and compassionate. Mum has completely settled in and is surrounded
by her own personal possessions. This is made to feel like her home. Nursing care is outstanding, especially with the pandemic this year. If there is any health issues we are notified straight away along with the doctor. I cannot thank and praise all staff enough and know Mum is well cared for.

Very pleased with the care really homely. When you walk into the home you are always greeted with a smile from staff. My mother loves it there made to feel safe and the food and cleanliness of the home is fantastic. The rooms are light and welcoming.

Myself and my brothers found everyone to be very helpful when we wanted to look around at the facilities here. We were very pleased with the friendliness of the staff, towards residents and families. The home provides a good range of activities, care and support for the residents, and mum's room is
a home from home for her. We feel very comfortable knowing mum is getting the care she now needs as we cannot manage it for her. There is a space where you can sit as a family whilst visiting, having tea/coffee as complimentary. The home is going through some decorating and upgrades which only can enhance it. It is a very clean and welcoming place as you enter. All staff including management, nurses, care support staff have been very helpful.

First visit my son and I were treated in a really friendly and open manner, we were shown round everywhere, taken into the large lounge to join a Valentines party, partake of food and drink. A good time was had by all.
The whole staff are friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. I would recommend
it to anyone, whatever age or infirmity everyone can be catered for. Respect is given to everyone, and it is a pleasure to visit.
