I love it here, staff are all kind to me and helpful. Sometimes have to wait s bit for toilet but it's busy. I love the matron, she looks after my creams.

Since new management, I've seen the standard improved vastly. I enjoy visiting, atmosphere and activities enjoyable. Staff seem much happier. Still room for improvement but wow we're on the right track.

Up until 6 months ago the home was going down hill, it wasn't pleasant at all to go into there, didn't seem to be any family oriented feeling about the place, now it feels homely and the staff are great and the management are fantastic.

From the first day of my mother arrival all the staff have been very caring and considerate. You are made to feel welcome every time you visit. My mum seems very happy and content and she says the food is very nice, she also likes her room. Very happy.

For my wife, I am happy at the way she is treated. Her carers are very loving towards her. If she has any problems I am always consulted. Food is good in quality and quantity. I always feel welcome when visiting.
