Cottingley Hall offers both long and short term stays, providing residential, nursing, convalescence and respite care. The care home also provides care for older people with a physical disability and palliative care.

A homely property, Cottingley Hall has a spacious interior with a great deal of thought gone into the furnishings and colour scheme. High ceilings add to the elegance of the living environments and there is also a sensory garden to enjoy.

Meals can be enjoyed in the traditional dining room or in the privacy of residents’ own room. Personalised cakes ensure that birthdays are always treated as special occasions.

Residents enjoy music and gardening, and reminiscence therapy is also organised to help those with dementia. Outings to places of interest make for a varied and interesting social calendar.

My mother moved into Cottingley Hall two weeks ago and the experience could not have been better. She has everything she wants and nothing is too much trouble. The team have thoroughly spoilt her and made her feel at home really quickly. She loves the food, her room and all the activities going on in

We were treated with extreme kindness from the moment we arrived and nothing was too much trouble. We realise my husband was a difficult patient and wouldn't try to fit in but the carers had so much patience and we sincerely hope that he finally comes to accept the situation. The family all agree that
we are more than satisfied with all the elements of the situation and accept that he is being well cared for in all departments.

Making the decision that your parents need to move from their own home into a care home is very distressing.
This difficult process was made very straightforward by the staff of Cottingley Hall Care Home.
The care that both my parents received and the contact they gave me was outstanding.
The fact
that every member of staff really cares was made evident earlier this month when my dad sadly died. Visiting the day after was like being greeted by family and they could not do enough for us. First class - thank you to the manager and the whole team.

I must express my thanks to everyone. Two weeks following my hip replacement, from both day and night staff I have received care and attention, from friendly staff any requests, e.g. at night, done promptly. Meals - given choice, understood my needs. Clean room. Daily activities were so enjoyable and
helped me recover. I live alone and will miss daily conversations. Also, help follow up appointments. My thanks to the manager and staff. It has helped my next stage go smoothly I hope.

I have been very happy here at Cottingley Hall Care Home. Well care for. The staff are very attentive and we are well cared for, looked after very well and given every consideration. Food is good and varied and enjoyable! The manager leads a very good team! One member of staff makes a good cup of tea.

Everybody is so kind to me, they all deserve an OBE.
Staff treat you well, two, in particular, are fantastic.
The home is very tidy and clean.
Nothing's too much trouble.
Another member of staff has encouraged me to walk which has been great. The nurses are very good and the manager has a nice smile
which makes me feel good.

Excellent care and service. The manager could not be better. She is excellent, understanding and thoughtful. All the staff are very good and generally care for you, especially with bathing or showering. The food is very good and the menu changes regularly. The chef will cook you what you want too. I
have been to the onsite hairdresser who also is very good. The cleaner comes in daily. They wash garments daily.

From the moment my parents arrived, they were met with a warm welcome and shown to their room which was lovely. The home manager, senior members of staff were excellent as were all the staff, reception, activities, chefs. Everyone could not have been nicer. My parents were looked after with care, love,

We are always greeted by a smiling member of staff and a friendly word. I think the way the covid restrictions are being dealt with is brilliant is it must be difficult. My brother is always clean and shaved and comfortable and warm and I am most grateful.

Spacious rooms available for nursing and residential care - long and short stays available. Cottingley Hall was previously a private residence, giving it a real homely feel. Today, we still enjoy its gorgeous fireplaces, wood panelled hallways and high ornate ceilings. High quality furnishings give the home an extra special touch, along with our pretty landscaped gardens. All rooms have an en suite W/C or W/C with shower and flat screen TV.
