Overall Experience

I just wanted to express my heartfelt thanks to all the staff for the care, help and support during my time at White Windows. The staff do a fantastic job and the care I received was fantastic.

Thank you for your listening ears, care, compassion, grace and understanding. Thank you too for advocating on my behalf. It was all very much appreciated and I am very grateful for everything you did to help sort my situation out.

Review from Suzi S (Mother of Resident) published on 15 May 2024 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience

As the parents of our disabled son recovering from a bad fall we have been very impressed with the care from all the staff (from nurses to carers and cleaning staff and cooks), all were very friendly and helpful and certainly helped our son’s good recovery. The food was excellent and varied, the cleanliness was good and the home had a very pleasant atmosphere.
