A great team, working together to provide a safe, clinically clean environment, coupled with genuinely friendly staff, who are committed to the well-being and welfare of the residents.
Nothing has been too much trouble whether listening sympathetically to resident/relative's concerns or requirements
or providing advice and guidance to help everyone settle readily to a new situation.
I cannot recommend this residence highly enough and it's great value for money too.

From the first day we entered the home we were made welcome by friendly staff and this continued together with exceptional care from nurses, carers, cleaners and kitchen staff. My partner had various skin problems and nothing was too much trouble to look after him. I consider myself very lucky to have
found such a clean, pleasant home with caring and friendly staff to look after my partner but also be a tremendous support to me.

After visiting 5 homes for my aunt, we were so pleased to see a warm welcome, in lovely clean surroundings. After 1 and a half weeks, all we can say is: Snapethorpe Hall is of a special quality in what they do. Never have we seen such caring staff, nice rooms and excellent communication. All my 91-year-old
aunt's needs have been met. The food, teamwork and time given to individual clients is outstanding. I myself, have many years experience in care homes, passed exams, worked with children with special needs, dementia brain injuries. The staff in all departments are on the ball and well trained to reach this, the best standard, they make us feel safe.

On every occasion where I have been to visit, I have always found the home to be clean and the staff friendly. I have visited quite a lot of homes in the Leeds area and have found this home to be well above standard.

My wife recently became a resident to receive nursing care. In the short period of her stay, I can honestly say how myself and family members are pleased with the standard of care and kindness she is receiving all of which is carried out in an unhurried manner and an atmosphere of calm in peaceful surroundings.

From the first contact to the current time everything has gone brilliantly well. Dad has settled quickly and this, in no small measure, is down to management and staff treating him and the family with great professionalism. Nothing seems to be too much trouble - they are all very helpful and considerate.

My first impressions were good on looking for a home. My mother went there for end of life care. We were made very welcome and the staff were all very 'tactful' and sympathetic to my difficult situation. They gave my mum super, regular nursing care, but I felt that they were looking after me as well.

I just wanted to say what a pleasure it is to visit here. The staff are all pleasant, friendly, welcoming and helpful. The home has a lovely calm and homely atmosphere.
