My wife was in Brooklands from September 2025, before passing on the 25th March 2026. Quite frankly I could not give the home higher commendation. The staff and management were excellent, in all departments. The carers looked after my wife's many problems with due dedication and compassion. There empathy made all the difference during a difficult time in our lives. Overall 10 put of 10 on all aspects of the care.
Thank you for sharing your experience. We are grateful for your commendation of our staff and their dedication and compassion during such a difficult time. Your feedback will be shared with the team as we continue to uphold our commitment to quality care, respect, and support for our residents and their families.
Being of a younger gentleman I was warmly welcomed and given a superb room with plenty of space to cater for my injury, my key worker Nicole has been nothing but amazing with the support and help, as have all the staff, nothing has been to much trouble for them, the manager Lisa is truly fantastic, she has been so much support for me, you don't expect a manger to be so kind and and caring, but nothing is to much trouble for her, I was hesitant about coming but now feel so welcome.
I can only express my feelings as the home was brilliant. We where made to feel like every carer was family. Very welcoming from the day Mum arrived at the home. The respect shown to us and mum was absolutley excellent. Any questions or queries where answered immediatley. I would recommend this care home to everyone, Mum was cared for untill her last breath and after.
Thank you for taking the time to review Brooklands. We are thrilled you were happy with our care. Have a wonderful day.
The facility is bright, clean and welcoming. The care provided to my mum has been compassionate and professional and I feel the staff went the extra mile to help her when other professionals engaged in helping her failed or were lacking. They got to know her as a person and treated her with kindness and respect. The staff were also very communicative.
My mum passed away a few days ago and I am glad that she found peace at the end surrounded by such wonderful people.
Absolutely recommend this facility.
My brother for over 6 years, and now my sister for 4 years both benefitted from the wonderful care provided by this company for which we will be forever grateful. Well done to all the staff at the care home.
Thank you for sharing your experience. We are delighted to hear that your brother and sister have benefitted from the quality care provided by our trustworthy team. Your kind words will be shared with our staff as we remain committed to person centred care and support.
Friendly, clean, efficient. Always something for residents to do. Known by all the staff.
Thank you for your review of Brooklands we appreciate your feedback. Have a lovely day and we hope to see you again soon.
Always greeted by cheerful, helpful staff. My brother is always well groomed, well fed and looked after. Regular health checks are done and his welfare taken care of. Lovely staff all round.
Thank you very much for your kind comments and your 5* ratings, both are very much appreciated.
All the members of staff are excellent there is not one person that I have any problems with . The home is always clean and tidy and each of the rooms cleaned on a daily basis there are many activities to take part in however I don't very often take part. The food and drinks are under review at the moment but I have marked down the score as if the two chefs that are still on site were still cooking from fresh which in my view was much better
Many thanks for your feedback and ratings, they are appreciated. The feedback you provide could not be better, as you are a resident at the home and able to give your opinion of the care and service you receive. We're pleased to know that you are happy with everything, except the recent changes in the kitchen, but rest assured we are onto this! Kind regards
Always greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. Dad compliments the food, always a good meal. Was able to accommodate same day as request due to an emergency of carer (me) being taken ill.

Delighted to have found my father a space at this wonderful facility. A real home from home. Brooklands Care Home has a friendly, family feel. Staff are very attentive to his specific needs and I can see that Dad feels relaxed and happy. He says he feels well looked after and he is enjoying the food, facilities and company of the other residents. It has provided me with peace of mind knowing Dad is well looked after. My mum sadly passed away in May from dementia. My mum's dignity was always considered.
We cannot recommend the care home highly enough. Two members of staff in particular do an amazing job along with their team of amazing staff. I take comfort in knowing my mum spent the last months of her life being cared for by that kind, caring, wonderful and happy team.
Thank you for taking the time to review Brooklands so highly. We appreciate your kind words and are delighted you had such a good experience with us. Thank you for trusting us to provide the care and support for your mum, we know how difficult it can be when placing a loved one in care. Our team...
The home provides numerous activities, unfortunately, my mother refuses "to join in" with the other residents. She has always been a bit of a loner. It is her loss because there are so many activities she would enjoy.
Thank you for taking the time to review Brooklands. We appreciate your feedback, have a lovely day.
Clean and tidy, friendly staff, happy residents, lots to do.

My brother has been in Brooklands Care Home for over a year and has benefitted from the experience. His needs are being well met and he has fostered good relationships with the staff. He has maintained a positive outlook on life and this is due, to no small degree, to the people he has come into contact with. We are pleased with most aspects of the home and hope that he will continue to have a pleasant experience.
Hi Susan, thank you for taking the time to review Brooklands so highly. We are glad that your brother is settled and is benefitting from our service. Have a lovely day. Thank you.
Brooklands Care Home have been good with my dad. He’s been in there for four weeks now, and the care he receives is amazing. They can’t do enough for him and us... the communication between them, myself and my sister is really good; they update us every time we go or over the phone. It feels like home-from-home for him. I would recommend Brooklands to anyone.
Thank you for your lovely review. It is lovely to hear how happy you are with the care your dad is receiving and that it feels like home from home. I will share your kind comments with all the team.
The care home could do with a little more activity for the residents, but overall, I am really happy with the care my mum is receiving.
Thank you for your lovely review. It is wonderful to hear how well looked after your mum is. We now have our full programme of activities back up and running with lots of activities and events planned in the run-up to Christmas. I will share your kind comments with all the team.
