She was made very comfortable and the staff quickly built up a good relationship, taking into account her dementia and unfamiliarity with her new surroundings. As a family, we could not have wished for more.

Since my sister has moved into Bilton Hall she has been so much happier, confident and calls it her home, which reflects on the management and staff. What a special place Bilton Hall is. We would like to thank you all for doing such a great job. Keep up the good work. Three cheers for all.

I have been poorly in Hospital which started on the 16th of August. I have gone from intensive care to surgical wards, then to another Hospital and then here. I can't thank them enough and I decided I want to live here, this is what I needed. I can't look after myself, I can't walk. But Bilton Hall has cared for me with kindness and support from everyone here. Care has been excellent, everyone is so good.
Thank you for your positive review. We really appreciate you taking the time out to leave a review about our home. We hope to continue to reach your expectations of the service we provide.
Bilton Hall has a lovely welcoming atmosphere, is always spotlessly clean and decorated to a high standard. In the two years, Mum was a resident, Mum was encouraged to participate in the many daily activities, both indoors and in the award-winning dementia-friendly garden. We spent many happy hours with Mum in the garden. Wonderful meals and wonderful staff for whom nothing was too much trouble.
My mother has been a resident at Bilton Hall for just under three years prior to her recent death as a result of her Alzheimers Disease. Throughout her stay, she has been cared for with dignity by empathetic and friendly staff. Both the nurses the carers and the catering and entertainment staff have been very supportive. It is clean and comfortable and as a family, we have had full confidence in their ability to look after mum.
Always very helpful. My neighbour seems very content here. Staff are lovely.
My father had been a resident at Bilton Hall Nursing Home for a few weeks. I asked him on one of my visits how he was feeling. He sat back, looked thoughtful and said "I have never felt so relaxed". We both shed tears of happiness/contentment/relief. He looks well cared for and the staff all treat him with respect. He enjoys their banter.
As a family, we have all been made welcome. The staff have all been very kind and caring to my father as his surroundings are very new to him. My father has been treated with dignity and respect and appears to be happy and settled.
Mum was apprehensive about going for respite care but after just a few days, settled in and was happy. The staff were very kind and she soon felt like one of the family. When it came time for her to move back home, she was sad to leave them all. She would happily go back in on a permanent basis.
Super atmosphere, more like home! Nothing seems to be too much bother. Staff always helpful.
More to the point I would certainly not be concerned about coming here.
Visited with my parents and we were made to feel totally welcome - staff were so professional, warm and helpful. The home is beautiful - gracious rooms beautifully presented, lots of staff to help wherever we went. My aunt is clearly SO happy here. It’s very clear that this home is run by a highly professional team who believe in respect, dignity, warmth and homeliness. Just brilliant and sparklingly clean too. Apparently, the food is delicious, especially fish and chips on a Friday! We look forward to visiting again soon.
I have the highest respect for all the staff who are consistently kind and efficient. In particular, the standard of nursing care is excellent. My husband has settled in happily and I have confidence that he is well cared for in all respects.
The staff and management are very friendly, caring and helpful.
Since my partner has been there since having a cardiac arrest which resulted in brain damage, he is very well settled and looked after very well.
The food is lovely too, with homemade cakes.
Definitely recommend.
The staff are very welcoming and mum likes them all.
Friendly and we cannot fault their professional manner or that of the management.
The stunning, prize-winning garden and well-kept grounds and building are a huge bonus.
My wife was suffering from late-stage Alzheimers and spent the last three weeks of her life in Bilton Hall. The quality of care afforded to her was excellent and she was treated with dignity and respect throughout her all too brief stay. Her private room on the ground floor was well appointed and had pleasant outside views. My only regret was that she was not well enough to be taken outside to enjoy the scenic surroundings and private enclosed garden. This is a first-class nursing home in a building full of character and the staff are trained to deliver a high degree of client service.
My mother had significant health problems and this care home, through its dedicated nursing and support staff, provided exceptional care. They kept me extremely well informed of her care package. The rooms are bright, airy and fit for purpose. Food is made on the premises and of a high quality. Unfortunately, my mother was bedridden so I cannot comment on activities. Staff were always caring and compassionate.
Highly recommended.
They became members of our extended family, always welcoming yet professional and treated Mum with care and compassion.
The six months spent there were some of the happiest and most memorable in her last five years. The companionship of other residents, range of activities and quality of care were very important. We as a family wanted the very best for Mum and we believe that we achieved that at Bilton Hall Nursing Home.
Very caring thoughtful people working at Bilton Hall. Always happy to spend time with my dad who was not in a particularly good way and whose health was deteriorating rapidly.
He seems very happy and has settled well. It is a shame that there are no activities at the weekend as he is so much better when he is stimulated.
