During his two years plus at St Catherine's home, he was treated with kindness, respect and dignity. The staff kept me informed every step of the way. My heartfelt thanks for making his final years as comfortable and happy as you did.

I have been visiting my husband for less than a week, and already have found the staff caring. I think he will settle down here, which puts my mind at rest. I look forward to visiting every day where possible and look forward to meeting the rest of the staff in due course.

St Catherine's Nursing & Residential Care Home to me has been a lifesaver. My wife is very content with the staff. Talking to your council I asked them not to move her to anywhere else and they have agreed with me. Thank you to all the staff.

We couldn't ask for a better home for Dad to be placed in. The care and love that Dad receives from all those that work on the home have been second to none. Thank you.

The team at the home have been fantastic during a very difficult period. They have kept us informed of the activities which Mum has been involved in via regular posts on social media. There have been video calls arranged so we can see and speak to each other; from these, we have seen how well Mum is looking. We can't thank the team enough for their efforts in such difficult times.

My mum sadly passed away on 4/9/2019. She had spent over 6 years at St Catherine's during which time despite mum's often challenging behaviour, they did a fantastic job of looking after her. They also kept me informed and I could visit whenever I liked. Thank you St Catherine's.

I would like to thank the entire team for their care, kindness and compassion shown not only to our mother but also us as a family during mum’s last few weeks. Please know that this truly gives our family a sense of comfort knowing that mum was nursed in the best possible place. St Catherine’s is a wonderful environment full of caring people and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

My husband looks very happy and is always clean and very very well cared for. He cannot do anything for himself. His room is always clean and tidy. The staff meets all his needs with a pleasant caring manner. His whole family are impressed with the home and care he is receiving. The staff always welcome me and his family when visiting. The setting is restful and the grounds can be seen through all windows so you feel at home seeing the outside trees etc.

The team at St Catherine's cared for my mother in the last three weeks of her life. They made her comfortable and pain-free. They treated her with dignity and respect and respected my families and my mother's wishes throughout. The entire team were warm and welcoming and looked after me amazingly. They offered practical help, lots of tea, sandwiches and biscuits. As well as hugs, someone to talk to, reassurance and the knowledge that they were there if I needed them. Everyone from the housekeeping team to the management took time to speak and having someone else there in the darkest times is invaluable.

When Mum passed we were looked after really well, giving my cousin and I time to say goodbye, not rushing us and giving us options as to what to do next. I can't thank the team enough. They are brilliantly led by the management team.

My cousin has spent the last 5 1/2 years of her life at St. Catherine's Care Home. During all this time we have been so thankful that she was receiving a high level of care and always confident that her needs were met. It really does bring peace of mind to the family to know that a loved one is in such caring hands during the final years.

My Sister and I found the wonderful St Catherine's just over a year ago. Our Mum had spent time in various NHS specialist Dementia units the time had come for her to find a place that gave Nursing and Caring.
We both knew the moment we entered St Catherine's this was the place for us all.
The friendly greeting given by the staff and very approachable attitude they had, made the choice of moving Mum here a very easy one.
After a couple of visits and the Manager visiting Mum, we joined the happy family team on 11th April 2017.
We have got to know all caring staff and lots of the other residents, we do like to be involved in Mums care.
Our Mum has been a complex case due to her Bi-Polar illness she has had from being young to the onset of Dementia in the past 15 years or so.
St Catherine's team have been amazing in being able to understand her needs and care for her so appropriately over the past year.

We both cant thank St Catherine's enough for the care our Mum is receiving.

Only the best was good enough for my dad and WOW! St Catherine's gives a fantastic level of care. My dad was there for end of life care and only stayed for a few days but the care, not only did he but us as a family, recieved was outstanding. He was comfortable, in a lovely bed with plenty of comfortable pillows and covers. They treated him with the ultimate respect and love from the minute he arrived until he passed peacefully away. The whole staff team were friendly warm and welcoming from the moment we walked through the door, unanounced, to 'check them out'. The menus and food choices were varied and the quality was very high. St Catherines is immaculately clean and homely at the same time. If you need to find a loving, caring home for a love one St Catherine's is the place for them. I cannot praise them enough for what they did for my dad in his final few days.
