Sonia has worked for Wellburn Care since 2014, starting as a Care Assistant at their Nightingale Hall home. Sonia has since progressed within the company, being progressing to a Team Leader and Deputy Manager, before being promoted to Home Manager in 2018 at their Glenholme House home in Roker. In 2021 Sonia then relocated back to Nightingale Hall in Richmond, returning now as Home Manager where she has built up a loyal, dedicated and caring team.
Sonia has worked in the care industry since 2008 so she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role and her team, and has achieved her NVQ Level 2 and NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care.

Kaye's career with Wellburn Care homes began in 2014, starting as a night shift Team Leader at Nightingale Hall. After a transition to the day shift, Kaye was then promoted to Deputy Manager in February 2018. Kaye is the beating heart of the home, having been at Nightingale Hall for an impressive period of time she is well received with staff, residents, families and professionals.
Kaye has worked in the nursing and care sector ever since she left school, specialising in dementia and mental health care. Kaye has achieved her NVQ Level 3 & NVQ Level 5in Health & Social Care.
