We appreciate you taking the time to share your positive comments regarding Rosedale Nursing Home and our team. We are glad your experience reflects the high standards of quality care we hold ourselves to here at Maria Mallaband Care Group.
Thank you so much for your lovely review, Ann, it’s a pleasure to support you and your dad and I know the team will be delighted to hear your kind words. As Rosedale is converted from an older building, as much as it retains its beautiful character, the bedrooms can vary in size. I know we have discussed moving Dad to a larger room as soon as one is available but I wasn’t aware of any issues with a broken window. Please contact me as I’m always here to discuss any concerns you may have.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We're sorry to hear the experience of your mother living at Rosedale was not as you expected.
Glad to hear she's happy and settled in her new home
