The prices quoted are weekly and for guidance only. They will be confirmed following a full assessment. Respite care may be offered and is usually 10% above the permanent care fees, subject to availability and will depend on an assessment of a person’s care needs. The care and wellbeing of all our residents are of the utmost importance to us. We work closely with our regulator CQC and local health authorities to ensure we meet our resident's needs. We were pleased to have had the opportunity to discuss these concerns at a formal meeting and agreed an action plan to work together more constructively going forward.
It was a pleasure to have you stay with us and we are so glad you enjoyed it. Thank you for taking the time to leave us this lovely review.
