Overall Experience
Care provided at Charlton Court is excellent. My mother was treated with respect and dignity at all times. Care of frail elderly people is their speciality and all the staff are friendly and very caring. People go the extra mile to make residents feel supported, cared for and respected. The medical team are great. I want to say a heartfelt thank you to all the staff you do a great job.
