Staff were helpful, kind, professional and treat residents with respect and dignity. Food was very good and lots of variety Entry + Exit system for visitors needs to be sorted as staff are often busy with residents. Perhaps a porch of some sort to protect visitors from the elements whilst they wait

Princes Court have taken excellent care of my dad who had a diagnosis of parkinsons and dementia. They have been wonderful also in the last few months, at helping us as a family to navigate dad's decline in health. They helped both dad and us to experience a good death. It was such a comfort to know that when we were not with him he was in a caring and compassionate environment. Thank you to all the carers and management.

Experience very good but need more help during the night for staff and more information on the like of hairdressers etc.

Managers Sylvia and Sharon were also very helpful in making sure administration concerns did not get in the way of the excellent care.

When I came to the service after spinal surgery and being in intensive care at RVI I found the service to be brilliant and very caring and patient all staff were excellent and assisted me greatly in my recovery Especially the amazing physiotherapists. The food was home cooked and wholesome and could not be faulted. I would recommend to anyone who needs this service! Thank you so much to all

The excellent care at Princes Court has helped her gain weight, walk (with a walker) and be happy. The medication, food & drink and stimulation from staff & activities has made a HUGE difference. Most of all - I know she's safe & cared for.

The care, dignity provided throughout our dads residency was excellent. The team talked us and reassined us when dad was ent of life. The day and night shift do an amazing job. They are compassionate and caring in everyway.

Since I came two weeks ago, I find every one polite, friendly, and willing to help at any time.

I would recommend Royal Quays to anyone who needed some physio & help going home.

I was admitted on 28/4/26 for rehabilitation from a hospice. I have received excellent care from all employees. Medical staff, physios, occ/therapists, all staff considerate and caring, cannot fault anything. Rest and recuperation, excellent meals have restored my health. Cannot thank staff of Prince's Court enough.

All too often nowadays people are ready to criticise and complain - however this cannot be said of Prince's Court - Rehabilitation Unit. All their staff seem so dedicated and only too willing to help - my wife and I appreciate this service.

This was rehabilitation care. Accommodation and food very good, above satisfaction. Nice to have physio, etc., all in one place. Certainly aided recovery. While my house was being adapted. Staff outstanding.

Until 3 weeks ago I had never heard of this fantastic rehab establishment. What a wonderful progressive time I have had - all staff are a joy.

I thought it was an excellent experience. Everything was well organised. Staff were most helpful, friendly, and all willing to make you feel better. The physios were amazing and worked hard to get you to do your best without making you push. All staff were fantastic.

I have been happy here and feel I have been very well looked after. Food is good, although my appetite is poor. Staff are all very nice and friendly and have looked after my needs.

A very good place to get rehab but lacks a day room with TV and games. Where patients can meet and help each other. Sadly missed by all.

Staff very pleasant, helpful and friendly. Facilities generally good - bed not comfortable, pillows inadequate. Food tends to be comfort food more than healthy - could be improved.

Since coming to Prince's Court I have had proper care and attention specific to my needs. My mood is lifted. I feel a lot more positive in reaching full health and capabilities once more. Staff are considerate and discreet, and respectful. Physiotherapy is tailored to my needs and every consideration is taken into account. Highy commendable rehabilitation centre.

Carers correctly support patients rather than doing things for them. This ensures that going forward the patient can rebuild a normal life. I was a little disappointed with physio as having been in the unit before and receiving physiotherapy my expectations were the same. This is purely down to resourcing, nothing to do with the physios themselves. Good service from everyone involved in my care, made easier by having been here before.
