Thank you for your care, it is much appreciated.

Although my mother was more or less at the end of her time, the experience of Prince's Court was nothing short of outstanding from day one. Excellent staff and management who really do care. Really nice facilities throughout the building. Nice touches like hairdressing on site and tea/coffee available to family visitors. If you are in need of fantastic care, please be assured Prince's Court is 1st class from top to bottom - fully endorsed!

My dad has complained about the food, unfortunately! Not appealing or tasty.

A nurse changed my dressings on both feet. They were the best ever! She took great care, no pain etc. Healing was great.

Excellent care and attention from all the staff. Very sociable and hard working. All in all, a great intermediate step from the hospital and then home. A great, very dedicated and knowledgeable team.

I found communication with staff and residents' relatives slightly difficult because of the constant change in staff. Staff were thin on the ground, especially at weekends.

I arranged a room and care for a friend who has no family and for whom I had a POA. The staff were always responsive and helpful. He was doubly incontinent throughout the three and a half years he lived there. I never smelled any urine or found him dirty. Hair, nails, teeth and clothes were always tidy and clean. No mean feat! I am profoundly grateful for the care he received.

My husband received 100 per cent care. Also, my own care during these difficult times. Special thanks to all carers, especially the cook, looking after his clothes.

My mother was transferred to Prince's Court from hospital and was cared for as an end of life resident. The nursing and care staff were clearly very caring, professional and helpful. My mother died after three days and the staff were very caring and respectful after her death.

My mother was in Princes Court in North Sheilds during 2021 and 2022. The care and support she has from the staff was outstanding. the personal touches and kindness they showed to my mother made this difficult time more manageable. In Covid times, there were days and weeks when we could not visit more, and it was always a consolation to know that she was being booked by such warm-hearted, professional and caring staff. They has such a human touch. Thank you.

My mother is looked after very well by the staff, very friendly and my mother is happy there. The home is very clean and well organised. The atmosphere is really good. I know I'm leaving my mother in good hands.

My Nana is very happy and settled in her care home. She is being well looked after.

Lovely friendly staff who took time to assure us Mam was well and on top form. Mam seemed comfortable and well cared for.

During my husband's stay in intermediate care, he was very well looked after with respect and good attention. Management and all staff were excellent.

My aunt settled well in Princes Court and found the staff friendly and caring from the outset (February 2020). As her condition worsened, we were very pleased with the level of care and attention she received. All of the care and nursing staff are to be greatly thanked. The only downside to Princes Court is the seemingly inadequate telephone contact system. It was frequently poor and contact with relevant staff difficult.
