Thank you for your lovely review, your wonderful feedback will be shared with all the team.
I was admitted on 28/4/26 for rehabilitation from a hospice. I have received excellent care from all employees. Medical staff, physios, occ/therapists, all staff considerate and caring, cannot fault anything. Rest and recuperation, excellent meals have restored my health. Cannot thank staff of Prince's Court enough.
Thank you for our wonderful review - this will be shared with all our team.
All too often nowadays people are ready to criticise and complain - however this cannot be said of Prince's Court - Rehabilitation Unit. All their staff seem so dedicated and only too willing to help - my wife and I appreciate this service.

This was rehabilitation care. Accommodation and food very good, above satisfaction. Nice to have physio, etc., all in one place. Certainly aided recovery. While my house was being adapted. Staff outstanding.
Thank you for your wonderful review, your lovely feedback will be passed to all our team.
Until 3 weeks ago I had never heard of this fantastic rehab establishment. What a wonderful progressive time I have had - all staff are a joy.
Your positive feedback and kind words will be shared with all our Princes Court team, thank you!
I thought it was an excellent experience. Everything was well organised. Staff were most helpful, friendly, and all willing to make you feel better. The physios were amazing and worked hard to get you to do your best without making you push. All staff were fantastic.
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a lovely review, your fantastic feedback will be shared with all our team.
I have been happy here and feel I have been very well looked after. Food is good, although my appetite is poor. Staff are all very nice and friendly and have looked after my needs.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a lovely review, your positive feedback will be shared with all our team.
A very good place to get rehab but lacks a day room with TV and games. Where patients can meet and help each other. Sadly missed by all.
Thank you for taking time to leave a review, your kind words and valuable feedback will be passed to our Princes Court team.
Staff very pleasant, helpful and friendly. Facilities generally good - bed not comfortable, pillows inadequate. Food tends to be comfort food more than healthy - could be improved.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, your general feedback and positive words about our Colleagues will be shared with our Princes Court team.
Since coming to Prince's Court I have had proper care and attention specific to my needs. My mood is lifted. I feel a lot more positive in reaching full health and capabilities once more. Staff are considerate and discreet, and respectful. Physiotherapy is tailored to my needs and every consideration is taken into account. Highy commendable rehabilitation centre.
Thank you for your wonderful review and lovely feedback, this will be shared with all our team.
Carers correctly support patients rather than doing things for them. This ensures that going forward the patient can rebuild a normal life. I was a little disappointed with physio as having been in the unit before and receiving physiotherapy my expectations were the same. This is purely down to resourcing, nothing to do with the physios themselves. Good service from everyone involved in my care, made easier by having been here before.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review about your stay, your feedback will be passed to our Princes Court team.
Excellent care.
Thank you for your fantastic 5-star review of Princes Court, this will be shared will all our team.
I have found the staff at Prince's Court very cheerful and very helpful to my requests with my brother-in-law's needs (he suffers from multiple health problems and is now terminally ill). It is always clean and smell-free in all areas.
Thank you for your lovely review and positive feedback, your kind words will be passed to our Princes Court team.
Prince's Court was outstanding, following my surgery. I have so much admiration for the staff as they work so hard. They all have a professional manner. The physio treatment was Mon-Fri and was superb. If you want to help yourself, they go above and beyond. My elderly mother was in a care home and unfortunately no longer with us. I wish I had known about Prince's Court for her.
A special thanks to Martha and her team. They took the time to get to know my dad looking past his dementia.
Prince's Court is the best around, all staff are great and the whole place is extremely clean.
Thank you for your review - your feedback and lovely words about the team will be passed to them all.
Very good. My only problem food could be a bit hotter. Staff excellent.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and give us your valuable feedback. This will be passed to all the Princes Court team with your fantastic star rating scores.
I know that Dad is safe and well cared for and this means so much. Thank you.
What an absolutely lovely review, thank you for taking the time for sharing this with us. Your fantastic feedback will be shared with all the Princes Court team.
Princes Court provided a friendly, caring and professional home for our dear friend. He required nursing care and was treat with dignity and respect throughout his time there. He was provided with a nice clean room with private facilities with appropriate safety measures in place.
Princes Court is a bright and airy building with spacious corridors and handrails on either side, communal day rooms and gardens for residents and family to enjoy. Residents are encouraged to take part in their activities programme bringing them together. The meals are extremely good - all home cooked food - varied menus and enjoyed very much by our friend.
Our admiration and thanks go to all the staff in Princes Court from management to nurses, to all caring staff, the catering team and cleaners, all of whom do an amazing job.
In our opinion we would have no reservations about choosing this Care Home for your loved one.
Well done to Princes Court

Mum was very well looked after by the whole team of carers, nurses, physios, and catering staff. The whole stay was very positive and cheerful, and this helped her to recover quickly.
